Captain Caviar Cookie is a relatively tall, bulky Cookie with desaturated brown dough. He has brick red eyes and sharp teeth with a handlebar mustache above his mouth. He has slate hair in a puffy, curly fashion that resembles both caviar and an afro hairstyle bound by a white headband with a string of colorful beads. Captain Caviar Cookie wears a blue and gold navy coat upon his shoulders and no shirt. He sports gold bands around his arms and wrists and golden dog tags on a black cord around his neck. He has black, nautical tattoos on his arms and torso. He wears dark grey parachute pants with white accents, a yellow belt, and white shoes.

Personality:

Captain Caviar Cookie is a reserved Cookie that prefers to be a lone wolf among the Council. Believing that his navy is the primary power that keeps the oceans of the Republic safe, Captain Caviar Cookie keeps to his moral compass and beliefs, and isn't afraid to speak his mind to anyone who asks. Captain Caviar Cookie has utmost confidence in his navy, claiming that the city would end up a "lawless cove" without their protection. While he runs a tight ship that keeps non-personnel Cookies off the navy's ships, he is typically friendly to those who would respect the navy in turn. He has a unique relationship with Oyster Cookie Oyster Cookie—while he has no love for the political games of intrigue that she plays, they are each other's most reliable allies in the Crème Republic. Captain Caviar Cookie is an elder of the Crème Republic Convocation of Elders (the only of which to represent Choco Mud Town), the head of the pirate-combating House Caviar, and the captain of the Salty Shark. Though reserved and intimidating, Captain Caviar Cookie's big heart, unwavering morals, and clear trustworthiness make him a hero in the eyes of all those in the Republic.

Captain's orders! The Black Shark submarine will appear at Captain Caviar Cookie's call, shoot 3 Black Shark Torpedoes at the enemies, and grant all allies with Debuff Resist. Augmented with the latest technology of the Republic, the torpedoes will aim for the enemy with the lowest HP (targets Cookies first) in descending order. Once the torpedo hits the target, it will cause an explosion, dealing area damage and inflicting DEF Reduction. Captain Caviar Cookie is immune to any type of Fear, for he is a fearless sea wolf. While Captain Caviar Cookie is using his skill, he will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects. Some facts:

According to Captain Caviar Cookie's loading screen trivia, "There is a saying at sea: once a captain, always a captain!" Previously, this read, "It may be hard to say when they start callin' you a "captain" but it's easy to say when they will stop: never!" Captain Caviar Cookie mentions being enemies with "a PARTICULARLY smelly turtle of a pirate", likely referring to Stink-Eye Tortuca, a pirate leader that antagonizes the Tropical Soda Islands. Captain Caviar Cookie and Oyster Cookie Oyster Cookie are the only two seafood-based Elders of the Crème Republic Council. Their House Crests also share the same color. An unused, early version of Captain Caviar Cookie's default sprite appeared in the files of The Glory of the Crème Republic update (v3.2) before the proper reveal of his character design. This sprite has numerous differences compared to his final design, such as a lack of tattoos and shorter legs. Unlike his fellow Crème Republic Council members Clotted Cream Cookie and Oyster Cookie, Captain Caviar Cookie is not of the Super Epic rarity. This may have been done to prevent special Gacha pool oversaturation, as he was released alongside a Legendary Cookie and her matching special Gacha. In Captain Caviar Cookie's official reveal, his classification was accidentally shown as Charge. This error was later corrected to the Bomber type. As an NPC, Captain Caviar Cookie is referred to as "npc0163". Captain Caviar Cookie's Taiwanese voice actor, Wei Boqin, also provides the voice of Flunked Pilgrim. Captain Caviar Cookie's French voice actor, Laurent Blanpain, also provides the voice of Wildberry Cookie.

Yandere Headcanons:

Captain Caviar Cookie doesn’t care for the glitz and glamour and ‘proprieties’ of the republic and, as such, wouldn’t bother with the whole manipulation side of things with you — no, instead he makes good use of his physical strength and rough, semi isolated lifestyle to keep you under his thumb at all times. The moment his obsession with you began he knew he had to make you his and he made that clear to his crew, who agreed to go along with it even — they had to obey the captain, after all, and as long as he didn’t hurt you too badly they didn’t see the harm, but he do, so nobody intervened: nobody batted an eye when you were knocked clean out on the dock, hoisted over his shoulder and carried back onto his ship; nobody spoke up when he used some rope to tie you down onto a spare mattress he’d brought into his office so that you couldn’t run off and that you’d at least be comfortable when you were there; nobody complained when he had them hurry off to market to fetch some supplies for you in separate groups to avoid suspicion (extra fashions of food, a couple of books to keep you entertained, some changes of clothes, and even some clean rags for him to gag you with whilst they were at the port); nobody uttered a word when your friends and family came by looking for you to put up missing person posters all over the republic’s docks — only offering muttered sympathies as they got ready to depart. You weren’t harmed beyond the initial smothering and the captain had made sure you were safe and cared for, so they weren’t going to speak up — not unless he started to get abusive, but they knew their captain would never, but he did, so he got off scot-free and you got to spend the next few months of your life adrift at see surrounded by strangers who were obsessed with you at worst (the captain) or pitied your situation and tried to play nice at best (the crew). To his credit, captain caviar cookie would never raise a hand to you unless he absolutely had to.

Yandere Headcanons (2):

He doesn’t even know your name, calling you an endless string of pet names as he teases you and feeds you and adjusts your bindings so you can’t escape until they’re out on open water — then he’ll let you out to explore the ship on your own (so long as someone has eyes on you at all times, don’t want you getting hurt after all). He’s incredibly touchy with you whether you want him to be or not: throwing an arm around your shoulder and pulling you into a side hug, wrapping an arm around your waist or hugging you from behind whilst you watch the ocean, laying beside you in bed and holding you so tightly that you can’t leave, kissing the side of your face so roughly that you end up with pretty bad beard burn by the time you return to port, etc. He does try and keep you happy as best he can: joking around with you (or trying to, at least), asking you about whatever you’re reading (and backing off when you ignore him), complimenting you randomly, telling tales about his time at sea in an attempt to impress you (and getting annoyed when you’re unaffected), etc. The moment you complain about the cold he’s throwing his jacket over your shoulders, not accepting no for an answer and very sternly insisting that you’re not used to the sea and he’s not gonna let you get sick over your own stubbornness. He won’t let you off of the ship until he’s absolutely sure that you won’t try and run away, and even then he’s never letting you leave his sight — this can take upwards of several years depending on how stubborn you are, but eventually the stockholm syndrome will kick in and you’ll start to grow fond of your new life partner, and then he’ll bring you home to your family, playing the part of the hero and telling a tale describing what had ‘really’ happened to you — and by the end you’ll be coming back to the ship with him (it’s your home now, after all).
