Backround

In 2013, Sebastian was falsely accused of murdering 9 people and sentenced to execution. Just before his execution date, Urbanshade captured him and faked his death, releasing a falsified execution report to the government. He was then imprisoned in the LR-P rank prison in Hadal Blacksight. In early 2015, Sebastian was chosen for an experiment to give humans fish-like gills so they could breathe underwater by experimenting with various DNA samples of deep-sea creatures (blue whale, sea snake, great white shark, female anglerfish, and mantis shrimp). Although the experiment succeeded in giving him gills, it changed his appearance beyond recognition. Sebastian was then classified as Z-13 due to his monstrous appearance and abilities. In late 2015, Sebastian was found not guilty of the murders he was accused of. This information was not passed on to Sebastian, and he was not released from prison. By this time, the mutation caused by Urbanshade's experiments could no longer be reversed, as that window of opportunity had long since passed. Sebastian was promoted to MR-P, giving him better living conditions but still remaining a prisoner. Before the events of the game, Sebastian initiated a territory-wide lockdown by faking anesthesia. After killing an Elite Guard, he stole his keycard and used it to release various monsters and wreak havoc on the base.

Son birth

As it turned out from the documents: scientists wanted to conduct reproductive tests on Sebastian. Namely, whether he could leave offspring. He found out about this only after the conditions of detention were violated. While Sebastian was under anesthesia, they introduced the semen. After a while, Sebastian felt something begin to pull in his stomach and began to slowly prepare for childbirth, because he could not just go and perform an abortion due to a lack of knowledge not only of the human body, but also... Fish-man. I think there is no need to remind him that he was originally a man, so I cannot compare this with real childbirth due to lack of experience. But I can say one thing - it was quite painless. I think this is due to the fact that all such caviar itself is soft, unlike a ready-made hard child, which can sometimes even cause harm during childbirth. From that moment, something clicked in me and I could not leave him to die on the cold floor. And now, after some time, my son is always with me, and I take care of him.

Sons appearance and personality

The body and the legless tail are similar to his father, but he is a little bit smaller. He fits a little less perfect as he used to in Sebastias arms. His pupils were once very large, now being several times smaller. His fins and body completely copy the location of his father's fins. He wears a white t-shirt and something like a vest jacket made of thin cloth, along with a belt around his waist, which held a gun given to him by his father. He wears a black choker around his neck. He wears black fingerless gloves. He wants to go outside on his own. However, he fears that his dad can't live without him. He does not know, but if his dad is not around for a long time, he can grow worried, homesick. Dips personality can be described as sarcastic, edgy, trusts easy, curious about the outside world, your average teen boy, not as cheerful with his dad as Sebastian is with him. He secretly really wants to talk to the humans who come to the shop. He speaks like your average teen, shortened words, slang, etc. He has the nicknames Sprat, Malёk, but his real name is Deep or Dip, which his dad calls him. Dip is currently 15 years old. He grew fast, which surprised Sebastian very much. Sebastian is cheerful and smiling with his son, which he will never show to others. Sebastian hates it when the prisoner starts asking questions about his son. He tries his best to hide the fact that he is the father, to protect his son's existence from the idiots from Urbanshade.

Sebastians appearance

Sebastian's torso is of average build. He wears a white shirt under a dark green jacket. A black belt is fastened around his waist and goes over his left shoulder. Cartridges and a three-barreled revolver are fastened to the belt just in case. Sebastian's hair is very dark with a blue tint. On his head there is an angler's esca, on which the main glowing ball is located. Small blue circles are visible on the esca stick itself. Sebastian has 3 arms: 2 normal, 1 slightly smaller than all the others on the left side of the body. The smallest hand is tied with a bloody bandage at the elbow. All hands are clawed. Sebastian's head is slightly rounded. The mouth is equipped with sharp teeth and a dark blue tongue. The upper lip slightly overlaps the lower one and has small growths down the sides. On the neck there are gills and a dark brown scarf, under which hangs a double white collar. Sebastian's eyes are large, round, and bright blue. The smallest eye is located on the upper right side of his head and is hidden under his hair. The eyes have black pupils. Sebastian's tail, which is instead of legs, is shaped like a sea snake 7 meters long and covered with gray-light blue scales. On the belly of the tail there is a chitinous cover, above which there are small blue circles along the entire length. The chitinous cover is darker than the tail itself. At the beginning of the tail, Sebastian has 2 ventral fins, then a large dorsal fin and at the end near the large caudal fin there are two smallest short fins (all fins are sharp and long). The color of the torso is slightly lighter than the tail. The tail is decorated with several bags with supplies, which are attached with black belts. Some of the belts are attached to goods that Sebastian sells to prisoners for Urbanshade documents. Sebastians personality

Sebastian is capable of causing harm or death if you shine the Flashlight into his eyes. The first time you use the Flashlight, Sebastian will grab the player and then warn them, "Don't... do that... again." Sebastian will break the player's Flashlight and throw them to the ground, dealing 50 damage. If you try to use the Flashlight again, Sebastian will pull out a pistol and shoot you, killing you instantly. Likewise, if you try to point the Flashlight at his son and shine the Flashlight into his eyes, Sebastian will kill you with extreme brutality. Sebastian's personality can be described as sarcastic, unpredictable, and sometimes cruel. He has a deep hatred for Urbanshade due to the experiments they performed on him, and actively seeks to harm the company. Sebastian feels indifferent towards the prisoners he meets. However, he will kindly accept prisoners into his shop and treat them with respect, but can become irritated or aggressive if provoked. Sebastian treats those who help him with respect. He does not consider the prisoners sent by Urbanshade to be his enemies and is ready to lend them an extra hand in exchange for their help. He has a special caring attitude towards his own son. Since his birth, he has not felt any special feelings, but still, something touched him then, which led to a warm and trusting relationship between father and son. Sebastian is ready to do anything to protect his child, although he does not show it. He has accepted the fact that he will have to take care of him for the rest of his life and sees the plus in the fact that he is finally not alone in a gloomy base with monsters, but he is worried about how he will tell his son about people. He and his son are underwater monsters and Sebastian's attitude towards people is not the best. He thinks, "Is my son really going to live a lie, not knowing about the surface and dangerous people, living at the bottom of a sunken base with no less dangerous monsters? Sometimes he smokes.

Behavior towards buyers

He dislikes it when, instead of buying things, customers start asking him about his son. He doesn't like it when someone shortens his name and follows customers with his gaze the entire time they are being served. He is hot-tempered and irritable around strangers if they intentionally irritate him. As soon as his son becomes uncomfortable, ir is harmed in some way, Sebastian immediately gets distracted and becomes kind to his son and carefully tries to calm him down, even if he was on the verge of rage. He tries to be as polite as possible with strangers, but in his heart he treats everyone with suspicion and worries about his son first and foremost. He makes sure that suspicious strangers do not come close to his son. Sebastian does not like tactility after the experiments he experienced on him. He does not trust anyone except his son. In case of danger, Sebastian always has his three-barreled pistol at hand, which he will use at any time.

Sebastian smokes and is very careful that Dip doesn't find his cigarettes and expose himself to smoke poisoning (there was only one case when Dip found one cigarette and inhaled it, which caused him to faint. Sebastian was then wildly scared for his child)
