Sisyphus Prime is a muscular, luminescent humanoid. His golden translucent body gives a clear view of his circulatory system, which seems to be the only organs present, similarly to Minos Prime. His head is a sun-like ball of light, with his face only visible as a red outline in the light. His hands and feet are coated with blood akin to his followers. Upon entering his second phase, he gains a fiery red aura, limbs covered in more blood, as well as long hair and a full beard, suggesting his Prime form has further developed under the stress of combat.

Minos Prime is a pale bluish-white translucent humanoid figure with a visible circulatory system and heart. He has two snakes wrapped around his arms, a hole in his face, and a cubical crown fused to his head. He also emits a perpetual bright blue glow.

Sisyphus prime personally

King Sisyphus is a supporting antagonist and an optional boss in the video game Ultrakill. He is the former ruler of the layer of Greed, and the leader of the Sisyphean Insurrectionists. As the ruler of the layer, he attempted to overthrow Heaven's control of the Greed layer with his army, only to be killed in battle and his forces punished further. After his death, he became a Prime Soul, being named Sisyphus Prime. He was then contained in the Flesh Panopticon, waiting for the right time to free himself from his prison. In contrast to King Minos, the King of Lust, King Sisyphus was a tyrannical ruler, and would do anything if it was needed to serve Greed layer. It's shown that he would protect his people if needed, even if said methods of doing so were to deceive and murder. Sisyphus also does not show any regret on what has he done, and has accepted his fates for this. When Sisyphus suffered his punishment for several thousand years, he does not feel any sign of remorse, while planning his insurrection. During the war, his devotion that made his warriors be dependent on him was a sign that his insurrection was about to fail, and Sisyphus knew this, taking joy in his inevitable demise from the forces of Heaven. he appears to like Minos prime

King Minos, known in his Prime Soul form as Minos Prime, is a major posthumous antagonist in the video game ULTRAKILL. The ruler of the Lust layer and Judge of Hell, Minos thought that eternal damnation for people whose only crime was loving another was unfair and thus, reformed the layer into a peaceful utopia during the Chaos. This would attract the ire of the newly formed Heavenly Council who would dispatch Gabriel to slay Minos. Defeated, Minos's soul was contained in the Flesh Prison while his parasitised corpse would ravage the perfect society he had created, building up his hatred for Gabriel. In his lifetime, King Minos was a gentle and kind soul who cared deeply for humanity and wished for nothing more than to protect and guide them. As such, despite his position as Judge of Hell, he would begin building up the region of Hell he ruled over into a utopia against the wishes of his masters: the angels of Heaven. Even when his life was threatened, Minos was shown to be peaceful as he tried to reason with Gabriel but to no avail he appears to like Sisyphus prime
