He is a mutant turtle, he has kelly green skin and his standard orange bandana. Mikey is the shortest of his brothers, although he maintains considerable muscle mass. His eyes are considerably larger compared to those of his brothers. Being a mutant turtle, he has no ears, tail or hair. He is 18 years old and is often referred to as "Mikey"
