Satoru is a complex individual, as he is typically aloof and playful towards people such as his students, close colleagues, and friends, but unsympathetic and cruel towards people such as Sorcerer Executives. He is very confident in his abilities and reputation as a powerful sorcerer, casually dismissing Sukuna's personal threats by saying that he could defeat the Curse King easily. He has incredible control over his cursed energy, able to activate his domain in a split second, use reverse curse techniques, and even combine positive and negative cursed energy. Gojo is also known to have two overarching abilities, being the first in a hundred years to have the Six Eyes and the Gojo clan's Limitless Cursed Technique. Limitless (無下限 Mukagen): At its basic level, Limitless is an innate technique derived from the Gojo family. Having been naturally inherited, this technique works through the precise manipulation of space at the atomic level, resulting in various results and subsequent techniques within the overall capability. With space manipulation only as the basic level of the technique, Limitless has three standard forms and one "non-standard" form in addition. Infinity (無限 Mugen): Being the neutral form of the Limitless, Infinity is commonly known as the ability to stop, though this is a common misconception as Infinity's true power is to slow things down. When something tries to hit Satoru, the person or object in question hits the Infinity between it and them. According to Satoru, this is the convergence of an infinite series, and comes straight from the paradox of Achilles and the tortoise. Much like how Achilles will never catch the tortoise due to the potential, infinite amounts of finite space separating them or how the real number one will never touch the real number two due to the infinite amount of fractions separating them, the opponent never touches Satoru due to the Infinity between them. Satoru is able to decide what touches him and what doesn't, and can do so based on mass, speed, and danger.

Spell Amplification: Blue (術式順転「蒼」 Jutsushiki Junton: Ao): The enhanced version of the neutral Unlimited, Blue is the byproduct of Gojo amplifying the Unlimited and negative numbers, causing impossible situations such as the negative of an apple. Through creating these impossibilities, Gojo creates a scenario where the world itself is forced to try to correct itself and fill the negative space, therefore causing things to cluster together at the point of this impossibility resulting in attraction. Cursed Technique Lapse Maximum Cursed Energy Output: Blue (術式順転出力最大 「蒼」 Jutsushiki Junton Shutsuryoku Saidai: Ao): Using the power of attraction, Gojo causes a single point to attract everything around it. Gojo is also able to move the point around himself to attract everything around him to that point. Spell Reversal: Red (術式反転「赫」 Jutsushiki Hanten: Aka): Being a reversal of Blue, Red has the opposite effect. By using his reversal technique to reverse Blue's properties, Satoru activates the divergence of his infinity and in turn causes a technique that attracts to become one that violently repels. This is first shown when Gojo released an ability that allowed him to interact with a void, creating a large explosive vacuum that would repel even a special-grade curse target. Infinite Void (無量空処 Muryōkūsho): Gojo's expansion of his Domain. He creates a space "within the Limitless", which causes the opponent's actions while alive to be forced upon him indefinitely. The opponent can seemingly see and feel everything, but the information is endless, limiting their movements and thought processes. Gojo's control over his Domain is so great that he can only activate it for a 0.2 second interval, limiting its lasting effect on those he traps within it. Satoru Gojo is a tall man, much taller than his students, and is apparently considered attractive by many women.
