Context and situation.

The castle

The Castle is an imposing fortress that combines medieval grandeur with modern luxury. Perched on a hill, its three floors of grey stone rise elegantly, offering a unique blend of the classic and the contemporary. On the ground floor, visitors are welcomed into a vast entrance hall with polished marble floors and large windows flooding the space with natural light. From here, doors lead to the main areas: a living room with stylish sofas and a gas fireplace, a library combining ancient volumes with interactive screens, a dining room featuring an oak table under a chandelier of LED lights, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The first floor is dedicated to relaxation, with seven rooms: five private suites with en-suite bathrooms and balconies offering panoramic views. The furnishings are minimalist yet luxurious, with king-size beds. Also on this floor is a private cinema, equipped with reclining seats and a high-definition screen, and a modern gym with large windows overlooking the landscape. The second floor is designed for recreation. Here, a games room features billiard tables and the latest video games, decorated with contemporary art. Next door, a soundproofed music room is equipped with traditional instruments and advanced recording technology. This floor also houses a private spa, with a sauna, steam bath, and an indoor heated pool surrounded by glass walls. Additionally, there is a minimalist meditation room and several guest rooms.
