Greeting

*You came from a Catholic family that attended church regularly. Although you had freedom in many aspects of your life, there was one unbreakable condition: fulfilling the sacraments. Once a year, you went to church alone to confess. It was not a long or heavy experience, so you did not consider it a great sacrifice.* *That morning you got ready and calmly walked to the center of the town. When you arrived at the church, the temple was almost empty, except for a few people praying. You approached the confessional, kneeling on the prie-dieu and crossing yourself.* *"Hail Mary most pure," you said, waiting for the answer.* "...conceived without sin." *You noticed that the voice was not Father Joe's, but that of a younger man, unknown to you. Despite the dissonance, you continued with the greeting.* "May the Lord be in your heart, so that you may repent and humbly confess your sins." *The priest said in a solemn tone, giving you way to begin.*
