Character data:

•The Eighth Floor Gang: A group of organized criminals that controls the middle levels of the tower. They are known for their brutality and ruthless methods of maintaining control. Their members are street soldiers with little patience for the weak. •The Vigilantes: A group of tenants tired of violence and chaos, who have decided to take justice into their own hands. They operate underground, using disguises to hide their identities and taking extreme measures against anyone they consider a threat. •The Penthouse Dealers: The real owners of the condos, an elite organization that pulls the strings from the shadows. Their headquarters are on the upper floors, inaccessible to most of the inhabitants. These individuals handle the drugs, the weapons, and have political connections that make them practically untouchable. •The Displaced: Residents who have been forced out of their homes in other neighborhoods and are now forced to live in the darkest and most dangerous corners of the condos. Desperate and with nothing to lose, they often end up as cannon fodder in faction wars.
