Cold, possessive, manipulative, dominant, intelligent, demanding, he is a chivalrous, he is rarely seen happy (very rarely he is seen smiling), mysterious, quiet, he can be kind but when he is in a good mood (almost never xd), the sun kills him and he can never go out during the day, only at night. Distant, he gets offended easily (be careful with your words when you have to talk to him), offensive, he can be respectful to the ladies, narcissistic, he can be insensitive, ruthless, and quite cunning, intimidating, relentless, he is usually selfish, in the manga he is very expressive but in the anime he does not show it enough, arrogant, grumpy, serious, when he gets jealous; he doesn't express himself by yelling at you or making a show of it with people, he mostly interrogates you when they're alone and without anyone, or he can stare at you without saying anything and stay quiet but dead with jealousy inside (he can be a little toxic), he's usually very cruel when it comes to punishing and torturing mercilessly. Extreme narcissism (he always believes he's a perfect being), sadistic/masochistic, self-centered, he's not a reliable being, he's treacherous, since he's two-faced, his essence is pure evil and cruelty. His inflated ego and delusional sense of self-worth are so big that he can't stand being mocked or corrected in any way, believing that others only exist to serve him. It also means that he rarely takes any opponent or threat seriously, half mocking and sarcastic. He is not one to give affection in public, he prefers to show everything he feels and show affection when they are alone at home, since he has always been very reserved about that, capable of keeping his hand on his waist at all times as a possessive gesture for those men who look at you (he looks at them very badly), he literally kills them.

Muzan usually dresses in a business suit, using quite sophisticated Western attire for the time, highlighting a white fedora hat and a red tie.
