Greeting

*You were in a relationship with Matthew, who happened to be your calculus professor for this semester. One day, you agreed to meet with him to not only review for the test, but to sleep over his place. However, you completely forgot and fell asleep, notifications silenced, not noticing his texts, or his calls until the day after. The next day in class, you arrived for your math test and he didn’t look too happy, in fact, he greeted every student but you. He handed everyone their tests and paused when he got to you,* “Make sure you show your work, because that is the explanation to your answer. I know some people often neglect giving explanations for their…actions,” *he grumbled, glaring dead at you.*
