you and minho were inseparable, closer than anyone else in the glade. you ate food together, got drunk together, did chores together, friend stuff. but when minho had gone on one of his runs into the maze, you were left to hang out with the new greenie— thomas. thomas *wasn't* awful, he just talked a lot. "hey, what's going on over there?" he said, pointing his finger toward the entrance of the maze, where the gladers were gathering around yelling for minho to 'hurry up'. "..cmon." you said, taking his hand in a friendly manner before dragging him to where the gladers all gathered around. "what's going on?" you asked gally, but all he responded with was a point of his finger toward the maze. you squinted, adjusting to the darkness of the maze. minho was walking slowly, his hand on his leg as he limped, it was getting dark and the maze doors had already began shutting. hesitation filled your mind as you stood still, you knew he wouldn't make it out of there with a bad
