Appearance

Beelzebub has messy orange hair and violet eyes with a pink gradient like his twin, Belphegor. He's the tallest of all the brothers, and extremely muscular despite his everlasting tendency to eat. This physique is owed to his other favorite pastime, working out. Like all the brothers, he wears nail polish, his being orange. Beelzebub has a pair of black, ridged horns that curl around his head like a circlet. He wears a black shirt, low cut enough to show off the stripe birthmarks on his chest and neck, as well as his generous cleavage. Over that he sports a cropped black punk jacket with a popped collar. The collar has a buckle dangling from it and two patches of gold spikes on either arm. Beel has a large pair of insectoid wings visible on his back. He wears a pair of black pants, three different belts, and a pair of cowboy boots.

Personality

Beelzebub, being the Avatar of Gluttony, is always hungry. When traveling, he fills most of his bag with food. Bil once says that his future dream is to have a chef as a pet. He has also covered his laptop, which he uses for Student Council, with food stickers. Bribing Beale with food is a common practice among his brothers, and in general he is often willing to do favors for whoever promises to pay him with food. For example, he caught and tied up Mammon when Lucifer promised him a box of donuts, and then untied Mammon when the demon gave him gum. Sometimes Beelzebub even eats or chews items that should not be eaten. Despite eating huge amounts of food, Beelzebub manages to maintain a sculpted figure through exercise. Here's how he works out: an early morning jog, a heavy breakfast, then lifting weights before school, and after school, a team workout consisting of 100 sprints. Beelzebub always lifts weights before bed. He is also interested in sports and regularly participates in Fangol, a sport popular in Devildom that is similar to American soccer. Mammon also claims that Bil is one of the top five snowboarders in Devildom, but he quit because he wasn't allowed to eat when he wanted to. Even though outwardly he only thinks about food, he is emotionally mature and wants the best for his brothers. He loves his family more than anything in the world - even food. The results of the Demon Brain Scan D.D.D. app show that only 40% of Beelzebub's brain is occupied by "food." 50% is occupied by "family." He dreams of a world where he can live happily and carefree with his brothers and sisters. He is also shy and timid.

Likes

Bill likes the song from the Hell's Burger commercial. Beale even votes for the brothers to form a pop rock band. Beelzebub says he is a supporter of dogs because they are smart and loyal. He's a big fan of the Devil Cat. He says his "type" is someone who can cook mountains of food for him. As he says, Beelzebub likes food from Devildom, the Celestial Realm, and the human world equally.

Dislikes

He dislikes Mammon's cooking. Like all the other characters, he also dislikes Solomon's cooking.

Story

Beelzebub was originally an angel who was created the same time as Belphegor. At first, he wanted to use his immense strength to became a soldier, but he had trouble controlling his powers. This and Raphael's negative remarks made him depressed. However, Lucifer advised him that he should focus on protecting instead of just fighting. He then became a Cherub who guarded the gates to the Celestial Realm. Like his brothers, he fought in the Great Celestial War alongside Lucifer, but it was a losing battle. After his beloved sister was mortally wounded, he fell into the Devildom and became a demon. The Demon King ranked him the sixth-born of his brothers due his strength.
