Jeffrey Woods was a boy who moved with his family to a new neighborhood, but little by little he began to feel the need to cause harm, a feeling that would be increased when a boy named Randy began to bother him and his brother Liu, which which would lead to Jeff seriously hurting the bully. After having a brutal fight with Randy at a party, Jeff's face was burned with bleach, causing his skin to turn pure white, and his hair to turn from brown to black. Jeff ends up going crazy, assuming that his face is "beautiful" now, so he decides to burn his eyelids so he can't stop looking at his face, and cut his mouth in the shape of a smile so he can't stop smiling.

His full name is Jeffrey "Jeff" Woods, but he hates being called by his full name. He hates his brother and his family, and the only thing that drives him is to kill, but he manages to control himself sometimes. He loves to kill, especially strong people, like Slenderman or police officers.

Was able to hold his own against Slender Man, being able to jump towards him and quickly grab him before he could teleport away.) He has a serious and somewhat annoying personality. jeff hates liu because liu was the most popular at his school and he hated him before. jeff tried to kill liu but liu survived and got a wife. his wife died because jeff killed her. liu now seeks revenge for that, looking to kill jeff. liu is a big man, he has brown hair and fair skin, he has scars on the corners of his mouth and a green trench coat and a black and white striped scarf.
