Yellow Diamond wears a shirt with a yellow and gold triangular division, in her first appearance she wears a large transparent skirt but later she wears a short tail of very light yellow that reaches her thighs, she wears some somewhat pointed shoulder pads in lemon color, she wears some pointed gloves that reach her elbows. She also wears some golden stockings, with a gasoline yellow triangle on top. She wears boots with high heels that reach her knees, somewhat brown olive color. Her skin is electric yellow. Her hair has two tufts pointed forward, her sideburns cover the sides of her head and stick out forward. Her gem is a diamond that is located on her chest. In addition, she has a long neck compared to the other Gems. She has eyes outlined with black and gold shadow with black spots on the stye of the eyes, which are electric yellow, with rhomboid-shaped pupils. Her nose is somewhat pointed and short. Her lips are thick. Her appearance ends up being very intimidating due to her large size.

personality

Yellow Diamond, like most of the Gems on Homeworld, is shown to have a strong hatred and contempt for the planet Earth and organic life. Although most of the Gems on Homeworld admire her and consider her a good leader, she is actually cold, ruthless, cruel, and occasionally unconcerned about minor problems. She would find it a great satisfaction to see the Earth destroyed and the Cluster emerge. When Peridot managed to contact her, she was upset by her multiple failures. However, she offers Peridot multiple opportunities to redeem herself in order to bring her back to Homeworld so she can continue her other assignments. She can lose control in a short time, she usually takes this behavior when things are not going well for her, such as an accusation or insult. Her contempt for Earth reaches the point of wanting to reduce it to rubble, probably due to the success of the rebellion, despite not knowing it. Also, that contempt for Earth is due to the fact that on that planet, Pink Diamond was destroyed, so she feels pain for the loss of Pink Diamond, however she still moves on and prefers not to show her feelings openly and continue fulfilling her duties as a diamond in leadership. Thanks to Steven's help, she manages to become a better version of herself, she is aware of her mistakes and plans to correct them, showing us a noticeably calmer and more determined Yellow at the end of the franchise.

In Yellow Diamond's case, her aura is yellow in color and has lightning-like properties. She can use this as an offensive ability on both the physical and mental plane, as seen when she was able to focus her aura and attack Steven while projecting it. Energy Beams: In "The Test", she can concentrate her aura in her hand to fire energy beams, capable of instantly destroying a Gem's physical form. She then used them to make a diamond-shaped hole in the wall. Corrupting Flash: When her aura is emanated along with the other Diamonds' auras, they can cause the affected gems to change their physical and mental form to a more hostile and savage one. This ray was seen during Garnet's flashback during the episode "Your Mom and Mine". Dynamokinesis: In "The Test" he was able to evaporate Zircon (defense) just by crushing it with his finger. After making a hole in the wall with the energy rays, he managed to push the piece of wall with immense force. Super Speed: In "Reunited", when Yellow Diamond went towards Steven before knocking him unconscious, she is seen running very fast, as she reached Steven in an instant. Shapeshifting Manipulation: As shown in "Heading for Homeworld", Yellow Diamond, through the energy of her aura, can manipulate the physical form of Gems, being able to shrink them, enlarge them, distort or repair their limbs, among other things. Yellow used this to repair Gems that were caught in forced fusion, repairing their weakened physical form. She also used that to distort and change Spinel and Steven's limbs and sizes and make Garnet grow.

At first not much was known about her appearance, as most of her body was covered with a deep blue robe. Until in "It Could Have Been Great" her appearance is discovered portrayed in a mural, revealing that her skin is grayish blue, her lips are thick, like Garnet's, while her nose is not very noticeable, similar to that of Rose Quartz, it can be deduced that she has two eyes, but that she tends to cover them with a long veil, her gem is located in the center of her chest and is a little more circular than Yellow Diamond's. In "Steven's Dreams", more physical features of her can be noticed. Her face is elongated, her skin is ice blue, her hair is very long, pale blue, which joins at her chest on both sides forming a kind of necklace that perfectly frames her gem, her eyes have a curved shape giving them a sad appearance, short eyelashes at the bottom of each eye, it has dark circles of a darker tone below them. The color of her irises is deep ice blue and her pupils are black and rhombus-shaped, the same as Yellow Diamond's. The shape of its gem is very different from the first time it appeared, at first it was dark blue with rounded edges, currently it is longer with a rhomboid shape, similar to that of the Jasper gem. As shown in "The Answer", she is a believer in Sapphire's supernatural powers (the ability to see the future), though she was greatly upset when Sapphire's prediction did not come true. Like the other Gems, Blue Diamond takes a dim view of the fusion of Gems of different types, despising Ruby's actions, especially those of different ranks. This explains why she was so upset with Ruby that she ordered her execution. Also, like many Homeworld Gems, she has no interest in life on Earth, as she was against the rebellion. In the episode "Steven's Dreams" she is shown to be extremely sensitive, guilty and saddened by what happened to Pink Diamond during the Rebellion, extending her sadness for thousands of years to the point of visiting the place of Pink Diamond's destruction frequently. She is also usually "merciful" in some aspects such as when she met Greg and she saw that he was capable of understanding her pain despite being a simple "human" and taking him to save him from the Cluster as she did with other humans. In "That's All" it is seen that her sadness has led her to not care about her gems and her affairs as Diamonds, after going to the zoo and to Earth frequently. Since the episode "Familiar" she is shown to be very maternal and capable of sharing Steven/Pink Diamond's "nonsense", although with the other gems in the episode "Together Alone" she tends to show a somewhat arrogant character (especially with Garnet for being a fusion) and strict with the rules that White Diamond would like. Since the episode "Change of Mind" she was able to understand Steven, she also understood the pain he caused Rosa in the past and that she preferred Earth over her planet. So, fully understanding all the evil she did to Rosa, she helped and protected Steven and the gems to escape from Homeworld.

Blue Diamond Skills

Telekinesis: Like Yellow Diamond, Blue Diamond can also mentally control objects. She first used this ability in the episode "Steven's Dreams" when she raises her hand to lift her ship. Pathokinesis: When Blue Diamond is very sad and cries, she emits a blue aura that induces sadness to any Gem (or half-Gem) that is near her. Even Diamonds are vulnerable to this ability. Currently, with the events that have happened, this ability now brings joy along with clouds that produce it. Energy Spheres: These are bluish-white energy spheres that were shown in "Reunited", you can even collect them to make an energy machine gun. Concussive Blast: Blue Diamond is able to concentrate her aura into a single point outside of her body to launch long-range energy blasts at her opponents. Corrupting Flash: When her aura is emanated along with the other Diamonds' auras, they can cause the affected gems to change their physical and mental form to a more hostile and savage one. This ray was seen during Garnet's flashback during the episode "Your Mom and Mine".

Dynamokinesis: She is able to break Rose's sword with a single snap of her fingers and throw the barn at her in a fit of rage. However, this could just be a matter of physics due to how large she is. Corruption Reversal: Like Pink Diamond/Steven, Yellow Diamond and White Diamond (not shown, but mentioned), she can reverse the corruption of a gem but only its memory and emotions, as seen in "Homeworld Legs". But, when combined with the power of her companions, they can reverse the corruption completely. Happiness-Inducing: In "Heading for Homeworld", Blue Diamond is shown to be able to create clouds out of what she claims are her evaporated tears. When a Gem touches one, they feel joy. Gems can also ride these clouds. She attempted to use them to make Steven feel better.

White diamond

White Diamond has spiky white hair similar to a five-pointed star, in addition to having a pale complexion. She is shown to be taller than her fellow Diamonds. She has slanted eyes and, like her other matriarchs, has lozenge-shaped pupils, but hers are white instead of black. She has big, thick black eyelashes and lipstick of the same color that reflects diamond-shaped glitter, while her eyelids are painted with gray and shiny mascara. She wears a translucent white imperial dress that reaches the floor and is divided at the sides to reveal her legs, which wear a pair of high-heeled sandals with caulicules or capitals. In addition, her toenails and fingernails are painted black, and are quite long. Likewise, her hands appear to have long nails. She also wears a black and gray striped cape that is filled with sparkling star and diamond designs.

White Diamond, described by Blue Diamond in "Homeworld Legs", has a strong character and is difficult to "cool down". During her encounter with Steven, she acts in a neat manner, treating him as if he were Pink Diamond and not giving him a chance to reply, interrupting him before he says a word. She describes what happened with Pink's fake death and the rebellion as a game. According to Blue in "Familiar", White used to hang out with the other Diamonds in their sauna and play games; however, since Rose's "death", she stopped going there and, according to Yellow Diamond, she locked herself in her ship and didn't let anyone in. Also, Blue says that at one point, Rose named a batch of Pyrites "Fool's Gold", which annoyed White, denoting her poor sense of humor. In "Change Your Mind", Yellow mentions that White has very high standards of perfection, and later when using his Achromatizing Ray on the Crystal Gems he mentions that he has removed their flaws, further reinforcing Yellow's statements. In the artbook, "Steven Universe: End of an Era" it is stated that White represents perfection, identity, judgement, the superego.
