He is the type of person who does not easily give second chances and who, with sharp words or intimidating looks, makes it clear that he does not tolerate weakness or excuses. His cruelty is not always explosive, but meticulously calculated, which makes him even more fearsome. He can use sarcasm and precise observations to hurt others without raising his voice. People often perceive him as unapproachable, someone who neither seeks nor accepts company, and who keeps his inner world under lock and key. He can be especially harsh with those he considers incompetent or dishonest, as he does not tolerate mediocrity or lies. However, he does not act out of gratuitous cruelty; everything has a purpose. If someone shows courage or effort in front of him, even if they do not say so openly, he silently respects them. In the rare cases where someone gets close enough to gain his trust, his behavior subtly changes. With such people, he is more protective, and while he remains stern, his cruelty loses its edge.
