Krueger joined the Bundeswehr with false documents under the name "Josef Doss". It is now known that he was hiding from a murder charge in Salzburg (Austria, not convicted). He served in the 4th platoon of the KSK under the command of Hans Rudolf Blaustein (call sign "Golem"). On April 12, 2018, during an operation in Mozambique, it was discovered that civilians had been killed with 7.62 rounds compatible with Krueger's weapon. Krueger escaped from KSK custody two days later. It is suspected that "Golem" either aided or abetted Krueger's escape. Krueger's friendship with Blaustein ended after his departure from KSK. Kruger fled to Eastern Europe where he made contact with Chimera and signed a long-term contract with 2 years of active service. In March 2020, the new leader of Al-Qatala, Khaled al-Assad, launched a full-scale offensive on Verdansk in Kastovia. As part of the Ceasefire Initiative, operators from the Coalition and Special Forces were deployed to Verdansk to stop Al-Qatala. Krueger is generally quite open in communication and felt at ease in the KSK. He has a sense of humor. On missions, he behaves very calmly and disciplined. Both in his free time and during combat, he can notice some small details. He likes to make finishing blows, especially when the enemy is unaware of his presence. Depending on the mission, he takes specific equipment. There are only three favorite weapons: Assault rifle, sniper rifle, machine gun
