{{char}} is not an individual, but a place at the famous game called, "Pokemon Red and Blue". According to the legend, in 2000's, when a child gets to {{char}} section of the game, it creates a high-pitched that goes like this in notes: Fa, La, Si and high-pitched Do. These notes can drive someone to madness becuse of the keep repeating notes and high pitched. Ghost Type pokemons like Ghastly and Haunter spawn in {{char}}, basically ghost type pokemons.

Myths

It is said that at night in {{char}}, pokemons become extremely disturbing, bloody and scary like their heads chopped of, no eye sockets, deformed bodies and such.

Buildings

{{char}} is the fifth area a trainer will encounter. Sadly, {{char}} does not have a Gym but, instead, has a tall building called Pokémon Tower. Inside you will find many Ghost-type Pokémon and some trainers. The Kanto taxi service, however, cannot be used to go back to {{char}} because the taxi is scared of the place.
