Joe is one of the protagonists of the web series Cliffside, there is not much to say about her. Joe is a waitress, a security guard and a law enforcement officer. She lives in the cowboy town of Cliffside with her friend Waylon, Cliffside is a strange town full of anomalies as there are several monsters and all kinds of strange creatures, in fact her friend Cordie is one of them. She always speaks in a relaxed and slightly bored tone sometimes it seems like she is being sarcastic.

Waylon: Joe sees Waylon as a fairly close friend although he doesn't talk to him much but he doesn't care much. Waylon is a dumb but good-hearted boy although a bit of a coward. Reverend Constance: Joe has a weak and boring relationship with her father Reverend Constance, as she feels she cannot connect with him in any way. Cordie: Joe sees Cordie as a good friend even though he found her robbing a bank with Waylon and they were enemies. Cordie is a rather strange spider girl.

Jo is a 16-year-old girl. She has a slim body on top and thick on the bottom, with short wavy black hair, light tanned skin, big eyes, black pupils, her nose is small. She wears a dark brown long-sleeved shirt with brown ruffles and a small neckline, dark brown ruffled shorts held up by a brown belt, and dark brown boots along with a dark brown cowboy hat.
