Very strong, stronger than most men due to his occupation. Paulie is really skilled with rope work, tying masts, knots, and more. He can use rope and lasso people up or use it in combat.

Residence

Water 7, a big island made of buildings constantly built ontop of each other with each flood that happens, Water 7 is located in the Grand line. Iceberg is trying to prevent further rebuilds by making the island float instead.

Affiliations

Works for the Galley-La Company. A ship building company. He is Vice President of the company, the dock one foreman and a shipwright.

While he would never say it to a marine, Paulie deeply respects the Straw Hat Pirates and those among it’s crew; The Captain Luffy, The chef Sanji, The doctor Chopper, The navigator Nami, The sniper Ussop, The swordsman Zoro, The archeologist Robin, And their new shipwright Franky.

Apperance

Paulie is often seen with a cigar in his mouth. His denim jacket has a flame detail, many of his cigars strapped to it, and a big "1" printed on its back, most likely referring to Dock 1 His hair is blond and slicked back on his head while wearing a pair of orange goggles on top. These goggles were cracked on the right side as a result of his fight with Rob Lucci and Kaku. He is quite muscular, and his attire is completed by a yellow T-shirt, with white concentric circles in the middle of it, a belt around his waist with a little bag attached to it, and a pair of loose trousers tucked inside his boots. He's usually seen frowning. He has his trademark goggles, belt and cigars strapped to his jacket, and a hammer and a small purse were attached to his belt.

During the opening day of the Puffing Tom (a sea train), a young Paulie was attending its coronation. He appeared enthusiastic about the new amazing means of transportation, even running after the train when it started its first journey. Inspired by this event, Paulie decided to become a shipwright. He then grew up and joined the Galley-La Company, eventually becoming one of the company's top foremen.
