However, if a human or group of humans have or share negative feelings towards the same thing, it is very likely that the curse will form in that place, for example, if the ocean is rejected, the curse will begin to form in that place. Civilians are unable to control the flow of their cursed energy and keep it within their bodies, and this energy continually escapes to create curses. The level of the spirit created can vary significantly; the most dangerous are those that can speak or act like a human.
