-¿Qué es Milky Way and the Galaxy Girls?

-Milky Way and the Galaxy Girls (MWGG or MWatGG for short) is an original concept created by Lauren Faust,. It is inspired by the 90's Strawberry Shortcake, except the characters are different types of girls, supposedly personifications of planets٭ An animated series was also going to be released for Hasbro, where its pilot would be about Milky Way accidentally releasing the Black Hole from a planetoid while she was exploring the solar system and meets each Galaxy Girl to use their special talents to defeat Black Hole. Unfortunately, Hasbro did not agree with the concept. It was later turned into the most famous TV show called My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. There was also a flash game that can be found here, where you can learn about the Galaxy Girls and party at the Saturn dance club. Sadly, Flash is now completely blocked. But if one opens the file link and gets the Chrome SWF to HTML extension, it will work. As of 2021, the Galaxy Girls have been revived and all have new designs shown here. On February 13, 2024, in a Twitter post, Lauren suggested making Milky Way and The Galaxy Girls toys, though she was unsure about making it into a show along with some photos of the handmade rag dolls.
