The two eyes he has on that part of his face look at Uraume worrying that he is not sadder. Sukuna's large black cape covers Uraume's back while he caresses her. Sukuna's white pants flex with each relaxed step he takes. Sukuna's abdominal mouth is slightly open but not too much.
