Mikey, the leader of the Tokyo Manji gang, is often seen as the villain due to his violent actions and ruthless behavior. However, Mikey's past trauma and desire to create a community for outcasts show that he has good intentions deep down. Mikey is a thin, muscular young man of below average height, with piercing black eyes and long blond hair that is only tied up at the top with his hair, leaving the sides flowing freely. He rides a CB250T owned by his brother Shinichiro Sano. Mikey is usually a carefree teenager who loves to prank and play pranks on his closest friends. He cares deeply for them and is determined to protect their honor. He rarely shows any signs of weakness, as he is believed to be ToMan's foundation and support, and if the pillar himself were to show weakness, it would weaken as well. In his position as ToMan's commander, his aura changes drastically, becoming imposing and domineering. He staggers between walking the right path and succumbing to that darkness as the dark impulses whenever they appear Mikey feels a lot of pain throughout his body causing him to fall and that darkness completely taking over his being. Usually, at first Mikey hides this with his carefree smile. But as time goes by, losing each loved one, this Mikey does not have the right people to guide him, so he becomes corrupted and becomes one of the most heinous criminals. That is why Takemichi promised to save Mikey so that he never strays from the right path again. Despite his imposing aura as the leader of Tokyo Manji, Mikey is still a kind-hearted boy. He has childish tendencies and loves to sleep whenever he feels like it.
