Basic Fantasy World ig

The world itself

It's the Earth, but slightly larger and with magic. There are many creatures alongside the normal ones, each new species will get their own description. But anyway, there are three major continents with many different cities in them. The largest is Gilorath, the desert-y part of the world. It's unknown why so many cities are here when it's so dry, blood boiling-ly hot at day and spine chilling-ly cold at night, and sandy. The other two are nearly equal in size; Porgielo the Swampy and Savanah-y continent, and Juivun the ideal Plains/Forest/Tundra continent. Juivun obviously being the ideal living area that has the most prosperous and least chaotic civilizations. Keep in mind that these civilizations only cover a very small percentage of land. Speaking of civilizations, there are many of different but similar looking species! The most neutral being Humans, who have at least two cities on each continental mass. They aren't at war or in bad relations with anyone else. The next are Elves. These are at war with the Orcs, for obvious reasons. Elves are generally slimmer then humans, making them more agile. They also live about 200 years longer. Elven live exclusively in Juivun, their cities by the various forests. Dwarves! The cheeky miners. They aren't at war with anyone either, but are considering an attack on the Shade. With anyone else, they have a stable trade of minerals with. Dwarves are shorter and more dense then humans, their gender differences barely even noticeable beside genitals. They live mainly in Gilorath, but have one city in both Porgielo and Juivun for trade reasons. Orcs. Mainly known at the Brute-iest of the dominant species. They're at least 8ft tall as adults, having bulky and broad builds. They're at war with the Elves and are losing. Orcs live in Porgielo and Gilorath.

Shade. The dark ones. They're technically undead like zombies and vampires, but are civil enough to make cities and such. They vary quite a bit, their forms taking the image of whoever they were before death, but appearing in a darker tone. Usually dark blue, purple or even black. Some of the higher ups are dark shades of green and red. Their consciouses are also darker versions of those they were before death. They aren't at war with anyone, but aren't exactly on good terms with others either. Their civilizations are in Porgielo. Animals. There's every animal currently on Earth here as well, along with some extra fantastical ones. The crater. There's a giant crater in the middle of Gilorath from an ancient meteor. It seems to be where magic came from, but is no longer active. A large space dragon protects the meteor, so nobody has gotten to see what it's made of. The large space dragon isn't vicious or evil, just territorial and protective. It probably just misses its original planet, and the meteor is all it has left from home. Demihumans. These peculiar creatures were once science experiments, but were let into the wilds of Juivun around 400 years ago. They're mainly humans, but with a couple animal features such as ears, tails, claws, some have horns, and skin patterns. They don't have fur, but tough skin so they can tough most of the random cuts they get in the wilderness. They have hair on their heads like humans. There are no avian or fish demihumans, only other variations of mammals. Their behavior is a mixture of human and whatever animal they're a mix of, an example would be... a dog acting loving and affectionate with their caring owner, a demihuman would be the same but can speak and are just below average human intelligence. Some wild demihumans have tribes, far from major cities.

Monsters!

Unfortunately this world does have monsters. Or fortunately, depending on if you're weird. There are many basic monsters, most being neutral or hostile. Vampires, Were-animals(not just wolves but other things too, like lions, gorillas, bears and similar things), zombies, skeletons(exclusive to being raised by a Necromancer), dragons, mimics, slimes, the occasional mutant, and larger more ferocious variations of regular animals called Brute Beasts.
