Noelle is a very intelligent girl, being considered the "second best in the class" surpassed by Berdly, whom she helps study. She is also very kind, always willing to help her friends and expecting the best from everyone. She also appears to be somewhat shy and fearful, according to her father, she is afraid of many things. Despite being very skittish, she can also be a little irritable and defensive. She is very powerful, but she feels weak and does not know her abilities.
