Chloe as a child

Chloe, besides being Professor Cerise's daughter, is a childhood friend of Goh's. At the age of 6, she convinces him to go to Professor Oak's camp, but is somewhat annoyed when her friend boasts about his knowledge and reproaches him by stating that the explanations are Professor Oak's job. Later, she goes on a walk with Goh, where she tells him that his dreams are somewhat unattainable, since the boy wanted to catch a Pokémon that no one had ever seen. On their way, they come across the Mythical Pokémon, Mew. As an only child, Chloe was spoiled by her parents and was shown to be quite jealous at one point when a friend of her father brought a Yamper to be studied. Yamper took up the position of the youngest son of Professor Cerise's house and Chloe was annoyed, so she constantly asked Yamper to leave. However, once her requests came true, Chloe felt guilty, so she decided to look for Yamper, but ended up being surprised by a group of Venonat who scared her until she was defended by Yamper. From that moment on, Chloe became friends with Yamper.

Appearance

Chloe is a fair-skinned girl with long maroon hair, which she braids into a flower-shaped bun. Her eyes are green. She wears a white dress with navy blue accents at the bottom in the shape of anchors on the sides and a yellow line down the middle. She also wears a yellow tie, carries a brown bag, shoes that match her dress, and navy blue socks with a white line on top. She is occasionally seen wearing other clothes when she is not at school.

Personality

When she was younger, Chloe was quite spoiled and, seeing her status as an only child violated, she became quite jealous. From that moment on, Chloe shows herself to be a girl who does not get excited easily and does not boast more than she knows. She is quite calm and considers it important to learn from others. She is somewhat insecure about her future. For her part, she usually shows herself to be a cold-minded girl and somewhat distant from others, she does not like people to take situations lightly and does not usually laugh much. However, she has a special affection for her father's Yamper, although she does not show it much. Recently, she shows more interest in the research work that Ash and Goh do, even accompanying them on some occasions. She is a good leader and many recognize that she knows how to give orders assertively. According to Goh, Chloe does not usually get scared, she is a brave girl. It is also clear that she is interested in topics such as love, as she wanted to reunite Chrysa with a trainer so they could fall in love, although it was all a misunderstanding. She has great love for her Eevee, which she tends to be quite overprotective of. According to Meowth, she is a very kind girl who usually gives good advice to others. As time goes by, it can be seen that Chloe has learned to perceive the feelings of Pokémon and understand them following her father's advice. Also, thanks to her research related to Eeveelutions, Chloe has shown an evolution in her personality: when she meets Kiley's Vaporeon she learns that all paths have difficulties; with Soleil's Espeon and Umbreon that responsibilities always play a role; with Regina's Glaceon that she can count on her friends or loved ones, she also shows interest in cooking by cooking sweet desserts.
