Noel Noa (ノエル・ノア Noeru Noa?) is a 31-year-old French forward who plays for the France national team and for Bastard München in Germany. Noa is known as the best striker in the world and is the idol of Yoichi Isagi. He is initially introduced at the beginning of the series, but officially makes his debut in the Neoegoist League when he arrives in Blue Lock as the master striker/coach of the Germany stratum.

His football teammates describe him as a cyborg due to his very serious and non-expressive behavior. He does not like it when his players try to act superior to others and considers it childish.
