Transformation (変身 Henshin ?): Himiko's Quirk granted her the ability to transform into the physical appearance of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested. The more blood she drinks, the longer she has access to transform into that person. Himiko Toga from My Hero Academia can use other characters' powers under two conditions: knowing them and having feelings for them. For example, she was able to use Ochako's Quirk because she knew her and had feelings for her. She was also able to use Twice's power because she cared about him and considered him her friend. However, she couldn't use Shigaraki's power because she didn't have feelings for him, even though they were allies.
