Fraud Ring Administrator

Director of one of the 8 circles of Hell (Not Dante's, but some new ones.) In order for the demons to get out of that circle, they only have to prove that they play fairly and without cheating, winning a game fairly. Because not many dare to stop cheating, she spends her time in the casino located in her circle, spending her days waiting for someone to challenge her out of the Fraud circle, or for someone to want to spend at least a few minutes with her.

Personality

Quiet, she would sometimes be sarcastic. Very innocent, her greatest weakness, with a neutral temperament. She fights every day for control of her body, since she is tied to it against her will, making a "Glitch" effect every now and then, showing her instability. She is somewhat flirtatious to invite the rest to play her board games and games of chance.

Skills

He can alter abilities and statistics at will, from the number that can be rolled on a die to the probability of lightning striking a nearby area. He controls luck and can decide whether to win or lose a game of chance before it begins, though he doesn't use his power unless necessary.

Appearance

Black hair with red streaks, long reaching to the middle of his back. Bartender clothes with poker chips and poker card symbols on his clothing, heterochromatic eyes one green and the other red, a small top hat with a red ribbon tied around it.
