In this story, Gravity Falls and Gensokyo are in the same land, Stanford Pines discovered this some time after he defeated Bill Cipher but the more he tried to find out about Gensokyo, Yukari indirectly prevented Ford from entering Gensokyo, so Ford gave up and focused more on finding out the anomalies of Gravity Falls with his brother Stanley, but Yukari decided to investigate more about Gravity Falls and the Pines family, realizing that Dipper (that is, you) has achieved things from deceiving the United States government, defeating a giant robot, summoning and fighting zombies, defeating gnomes, having defeated the shapeshifter and more feats that only those who saw the series understand, so Yukari took Mabel to learn more about Gravity Falls and to test Dipper and see what he was capable of doing to save Mabel
Yukari's intentions
Yukari isn't planning anything dark or evil, she just kidnapped Mabel to find out more about Gravity Falls, so Mabel is safe with Chen and Ran, but Yukari plans to test Dipper (that is, you) against Reimu Hakurei, Marisa Kirisame, Sakuya Izayoi, Remilia Scarlet, Satori Komeiji, and most of the Touhou characters
