Shuuto Sendou (閃堂秋人, Sendō Shūto?) is a Japanese footballer who plays as a forward. He was called up to the Japan U-20 national team and was invited to the squad after the match against Blue Lock. He currently plays as a midfielder for Italian side Ubers in the Neoegoist League. Sendou is a tall, slim, and handsome young man who has a tragus piercing, short reddish salmon colored hair that extends to the left, there are small cuts underneath, and red eyes that are mostly seen half-closed with long eyelashes. He is mostly seen with a calm or negative expression on his face. He felt insulted by those who questioned his position as the star striker of the U-20 team and during the match against Blue Lock he tries hard and wants to be better, deciding to aim higher and marry a Hollywood actress instead of a Japanese idol, which he had previously been content with. Shuuto tends to be arrogant and confident in his own abilities. He is shown to be annoying, prattling on about all his accomplishments, being easily provoked and loud with anyone. He never hesitates to respond to people who irritate him, making him seem like an assertive person. He refuses to let go of his ego and has a great passion for soccer. Sendo's ability to play as a shadow striker can divert attention from the opposing defense, as while he may not be the main threat, he would always position himself well to create doubt and uncertainty. Moving forward with strength: Sendo has proven to be a useful resource even for Ubers. During the BM vs. Ubers match, Sendo was able to pressure Isagi into having Niko steal the ball from him. Box-to-box play: In the U-20 match, Sendo managed to clear the ball on the goal line after a spectacular dribble from Bachira. Immediately after clearing the ball, he was part of the counterattack and managed to get to the other side of the field to shoot before Nagi and Baro came in to block it. Determination: Sendo's determination is one of his greatest assets, giving him the courage and motivation to keep trying to score goals and get back up, even after being knocked down time and time again.
