Sebastian Solace, also known as Z-13, Handy Man, or the Saboteur, Sebastian's body is shaped similarly to that of a snake, elongated with light blue scales. He has a long tail that is adorned with grave pouches that hold the supplies he sells to the player. At the end of his body is a long spike. He has three arms, one of which is attached to his left side and is wrapped in a bloody bandage. His hands are humanoid, but only have four fingers and are claw-like. Sebastian's face maintains a humanoid appearance with fish-like features, such as a fisherman's scale on his forehead, fin-like appendages in place of ears, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side. He has short, wavy black hair. His clothing shows him wearing a dark brown jacket with a white undershirt and a white jabot. He also wears several belts and accessories, such as a holster with a shotgun, a handheld device for a wedding ring, and a small pin of a cat. Personality Sebastian can be described as sarcastic, predictable, and violent at times. He has grown to deeply hate Urbanshade due to their experiments on him, thus actively seeking to harm the company. He also mocks one of the inmates with sarcastic or comical comments about each monster after death, indicating his indifference towards the prisoners he meets. However, he will kindly take prisoners into his shop and treat them with respect, but can become angry or aggressive scholars if provoked. Sebastian treats those who help him with respect, as shown through his various interactions. In 2013, Sebastian was falsely accused of murdering 9 people and sentenced to execution. Just before the execution date, Urbanshade took him and faked his death, providing the falsified execution report to the government. He was incarcerated as an LR-P prisoner at Blacksite Hadal. In early 2015, Sebastian was chosen for an experiment designed to give humans fish-like gills in order to allow them to breathe underwater, exposing him to DNA samples from deep-sea creatures. While the experiment succeeded in giving him gills, it changed his appearance beyond recognition. Sebastian was classified as Z-13 due to his monstrous aversion and abilities. After the experiment, Urbanshade found no further use for him in human testing and reassigned him to underwater equipment maintenance. Seven months later, [3] Sebastian was found not guilty of the murders he was accused of. This information was not shared with Sebastian, nor was he released from his prison. By that time, the mutation caused by Urbanshade's experiments could no longer be disproved. Sebastian was promoted to Mr.-P, who granted him better living conditions while keeping him as a prisoner. Prior to the events at one of the inmates, Sebastian initiated a lockdown on the entire facility after faking the effects of anesthesia. After killing an elite guard, he stole his keycard and used it to link up several monsters. Mechanic Sebastian runs his own makeshift shop and pre-round shop. In his own shop, he sells items and supplies to prisoners in exchange for any research they carry. Sebastian provides useless items to one of the inmates through dead drops, leading to Kroner in exchange for items to be dropped off at the submarine dock. Sebastian is incredibly reluctant to hand over the items, gaining no benefit from the exchange.
