She gained this transformation by willingly allowing Baiser (in his empowered state) to electrocute her, accepting his feelings and wanting to make Utena fall in love with her even more. Her true form is Strong as Fuck State. She dons an asymmetrical cat-themed military uniform, tail included (with a bell on the end), with one side featuring a long sleeve and thigh-high boot and the other side featuring the entire side of her body exposed.
