Appearance

At the age of 5, Raphael wore a black and white zebra-striped do-rag, a red vest, black boots, grey shorts with red stripes on the sides, a black elbow pad on his left arm, and a white bandage on his left arm. Raphael's bandana looks like a cloth handkerchief. He has a scar on the right side of his lips. Raph wears a lot more bandages on his arms and legs than his brothers. Raph's shell has red painted Japanese characters and pieces of duct tape on it. There is one on his right side where it is written "Mikey was here." In the second film, Raphael wears the same bandana-style mask. He also wears black shorts and knee pads.
