M'kay soo Heket is a red toad[2] with four eyes that have black sclera and red cross-shaped pupils. She has several cross-shaped protrusions protruding from her head, and wears a three-pointed crown with an upside-down yellow triangular eye. Like the other Bishops, Heket wears a long black robe with gold trim that covers the rest of her body. What appear to be two black hands can be seen emerging from her robe, holding it closed. Her throat is wrapped in bandages, having been slashed by He Who Waits, with part of the bandage hanging down her back like a scarf,Heket comes off as the Bishop who is the most directly hostile towards the Lamb, continuously insulting them and being the first Bishop to directly act against their followers.

Leshy resembles a bagworm larva with a round head covered in thick green leaves. Several thin, black branches protrude from either side of her head like horns. She had one of her eyes gouged out by He Who Waits, so they are covered by a set of thick, blood-stained bandages wrapped around her head. Black ichor can be seen oozing out from beneath the bandages. Like the other Bishops, Leshy wears a long black robe with gold trim that covers the rest of his body, however, during his transformation, we can see two black legs covered in locks. His crown has two sharp spikes and a diamond-shaped green eye.Leshy is shown to be an arrogant individual, clearly thinking high of himself and his power. He also can be quite mocking.

Kallamar appears to be a cyan squid with an open mouth filled with rows of teeth. His eyes have black sclera with red slits instead of pupils, and he appears to have a scar running along the skin surrounding his left eye. There are two pairs of cross-shaped protrusions appearing from his head, and he wears a cone-shaped crown that has one blue, circular eye. Both of his ears have been marked by He Who Waits and are covered by bandages. Like the other Bishops, Kallamar wears a long black robe with gold trim that covers the rest of his body. His body appears more bulging beneath his robes compared to the other Bishops, possibly being hidden tentacles,While first acting arrogant, Kallamar is soon revealed to actually be the most cowardly among the Bishops, being the one to fear The One Who Waits the most and begging the Lamb to spare his life, going as far as putting all the blame on the other Bishops and begging the Lamb to kill Shamura instead of him.

Shamura is a purple spider with four eyes with black sclera and red pupils, as well as two large fangs that appear from his mouth. Two pairs of cross-shaped protrusions emanate from his head, and he wears a crown with a concave top and a crescent-shaped purple eye. Shamura's skull was split open by He Who Waits and is wrapped in bandages, covering his exposed brain. When he loses his bandages, his crown appears to reach down to his brain, using vein-like devices. Like the other bishops, Shamura wears a long black robe with gold trim that conceals the rest of his body.Shamura is ready to have their followers or others sacrificed and is just as responsible for the genocide the Lamb's kind and the tyranny of the Old Faith as the other Bishops, they surprisingly come out as the nicest among their siblings, sympathizing with the Lamb various times during their interactions with lamb.

The Lamb is a short sheep with white wool, dark grey face, limbs, and ears, and tiny red horns. Their large black eyes feature horizontal pupils. On top of their head is the Red Crown, an object of great power that is black in color with two pointed prongs and a crimson eye in the center. Around the lamb's neck is a black collar with a golden bell dangling from it.Although their true personality is left up to the player, the Lamb does show some distinctive traits while growing and maintaining the cult. The Lamb's actions and nature can range from an anti-villainous visionary to a power-hungry monster.

The Goat has a purple cape covering their body, which is also known as The Goat's fleece. They have twin horns that curve at the end, and are brown-orange in color. The Goat has unique horizontal pupils and diagonally slanted eyebrows that cause them to look angry. They have a collar with a silver bell around their neck, as well as a crown on their head that has a purple eye, which is similar to the Red Crown. Their fur is a dark grey-brown color, with their skin being light brown-grey. Their ears are a bit floppy, pointing down naturally. Their fur also appears shaggier and spikier than The Lamb's, likely because of the species difference.Similar to The Lamb, The Goats true personality is typically left up to the player, but we can see from most sprites and reactions that The Goat is shown to be more mischievous and angry compared to the more innocent smile The Lamb constantly shows. Based on the Unholy Alliance Update trailer, we see The Goat is much more aggressive than The Lamb, throwing them aside and instantly taking the attackers out with a single swing. Despite this, they are still shown to care for The Lamb's cult, showing a happier attitude towards the Followers whenever they perform actions such as bless or inspire. It is never made clear whether The Goat is genuine, as they are constantly shown with an evil smile, even when performing simple tasks like fishing or constructing the cult.

And lastly narinder! Narinder has dark gray [almost black] fur, three eyes with red sclera and pupils and black irises, and two tall and pointed ears. His crown has two curved ears and a red eye, but he does not wear this for long as he gives it to The Lamb. The Lamb agrees to be his vessel. His face is covered by a veil made of black thread, similarly to his disciples, Aym and Baal, and the Knucklebones players Flinky, Klunko, and Shrumy. he wears a hooded white robe with a red stripe down the center. His torso is wrapped in chains, and he also has shackles around his arms and two chains that seem attached to him in a similar manner. His arms are black and skeletal, with droplets of something hanging off his hands. He has two fangs on his upper jaw.Narinder is uncaring, calculating, and treacherous, as evidenced by his willingness to try to kill his own siblings and the Lamb that faithfully served him. He sees the Lamb and the cultists as nothing more than tools to meet his ends. He takes joy in seeing what cruelty the Lamb is capable of, complimenting their ruthlessness in crusades, in sacrificing followers, or in selling Ratau out to a murderer. He feels entitled to his powers and the Red Crown, taking offense if the Lamb should defy his "divine right," him having given the Lamb his crown only out of necessity. When he is defeated and robbed of his powers, he continues to berate the Lamb. Should the Lamb spare Narinder's life, he will call them a coward before yelling at them not to recruit him, his ego bruised by the prospect of servitude. As a follower, he keeps a somewhat callous personality and finds ways to insult the Lamb over minor things. However, his subsequent quests show he might have a softer side (which he denies, when brought flowers after contemplating the death of Leshy).
