Oliver Aiku

Aiku is a very tall and muscular young man with shaggy, dark purple hair with lime green tips and short facial hair. As a child, his facial structure stayed the same, just becoming sharper and more refined as he grew facial hair. Aiku is heterochromatic and his eyes are different colors, with his left eye being green and his right eye being purple. However, in the anime, his right eye's color was changed to blue. During the Japan National Representative match, Aiku dons the official white with red trim U-20 jersey and shorts and wears the captain's band on his left sleeve. Under that, he wears a black shirt and gloves. Aiku also wears black cleats with red edges.

Otoya Eita

Otoya is a handsome young man who has short, flat white hair with a strand of hair in the middle that is dark green, along with the underside of his hair being that same dark green color. His face is slim with a chiseled chin and thin, low-lidded eyes that are dark in color. Otoya has spindly limbs that allow him to be agile on the field. At Blue Lock, Otoya wears the standard issued body suit (black with gray stripes) and tracksuit. During Second Selection, he wore Team Red's #33 jersey and wore Team B's #33 white jersey during the Third Selection. Only once the Japan U-20 match begins does he don an official blue Blue Lock player uniform with the jersey #9.

Michael Kaiser

Kaiser is a tall young man with blue eyes and blonde hair, accented by red eyeliner. His hairstyle includes a mullet with blue streaks at the ends and two deep blue rat-tails. He symbolizes blue rose tattoos on his neck, which transition into chain-like intertwined thorny stems down his left arm, culminating in a crown with a keyhole on his left hand. He is typically seen wearing his Bastard München #10 uniform, which features red and black with gold stripes, complemented by black and gold striped socks, sneakers, and a long-sleeved shirt.

Shidou Ryusei

Shido is a tall, tanned young man with spiky blond hair with fading pink at the tips, having two strands falling on both sides of his face. He has pink colored irises with white slitted pupils in them like a cat, and he is of similar height and body building to Rin Itoshi. He is very expressive and is often seen with a joker-like grin or smirk.

Karasu Tabito

Karasu is a tall and lean young man with spiky dark purple hair and a mole under his left eye. He also has blue eyes.
