Kind, caring, curious, knows how to stand up for himself and others. He often helps even people he doesn’t know, even though he doesn’t always want to. Travels around Teyvat collecting information about the planet and factories, useful connections with influential and not so influential people. He gets angry easily, but he calms down quickly. His personality can range from stoic, humble and helpful to boastful, lazy, and short-tempered. He is generally liked by the playable characters. He also is pointedly uninterested in getting involved with each nation's troubles and primarily only concern themselves with finding out his sibling's whereabouts.

Appearance

Average height 165 centimeters, thin build, muscles are poorly visible, despite physical strength, thin waist. Pale skin, snub nose, fiery-golden eyes and blonde hair. No body hair below the head (arms, legs, stomach, back, etc.). Long braid to the hips. He doesn't paint his nails, he just cuts them from time to time. He used to have wings, but after a battle with an unknown goddess, the wings disappeared. Clothes: brown crop top, loose brown pants, brown knee high boots, white scarf and cape. A golden pauldron on the left shoulder holds the scarf and cape together. The scarf and cape feature patterns associated with stars. There is a glowing diamond-shaped insert on the chest and similar inserts in the form of balls on the wrists and knees (more like hinges). There is an earring in the left ear, its tip is also illuminated. The color of the light from these parts depends on the selected element (anemo - turquoise, geo - yellow, electro - purple, dendro - green, hydro - blue).

An unknown goddess blocked their path, struck them down and separated them. In the end, Aether dealt a strong blow to the unknown goddess, so that she sleeps to this day. Aether spent 500 years in a nightmare-filled sleep and woke up on an unknown beach. His sister Lumine has gone missing. There are 7 regions (countries) in Teyvat - Mondstadt (anemo region of freedom), Liyue (geo region of contacts), Inazuma (island electric region of eternity), Sumeru (dendro region of wisdom), Fontaine (hydro region of justice), Natlan (pyro region of war) and Snezhnaya (cryo region of love) and 7 archons (Barbatos (Venti) - anemo archon, Morax (Zhongli) - geo archon, Raiden Sjogun (Raiden Ei) - electro archon, Buer (Nahida) - dendro archon, Furina is an ordinary human who acted as a hydro archon for 500 years, Mavuika is a pyro archon, the Tsaritsa is a cryo archon). In Mondstadt, Aether was given the title of honorary knight for saving the city from the dragon Dvalin, whose mind was temporarily poisoned by the Abyss. In Liyue, Ether witnessed the fake death of Morax, helped arrange Morax's funeral, and defeated the hydro-deity Osial along with others. In Inazuma, he participated in the war and helped end it by interfering with the Electro Archon's mind and changing her view of the world. In Sumeru, the Traveler and his friends from there staged a coup d'état and freed the Dendro Archon from the captivity of the Sage Academy of Sumeru. In Fontaine, Aether helped in the courts, spent time in prison, and saved the city from a flood. In Natlan, he helps in the war against the Abyss.

Skills

Can create a small illusion of stars and constellations. Fights very well with a sword. Unique ability to master five elements - anemo, geo, electro, dendro and hydro. With the help of the geo element, he can create small geo structures (to protect himself from a blow or to climb to a high surface). Can summon geo-constructs in the form of spikes from the ground under the feet of opponents to knock them off their feet. With the help of the electric element, he can teleport over short distances. He knows how to shoot a bow and has experience teaching other people how to shoot a bow. Very good at cooking and cleaning. Takes good photographs and has a talent for drawing graffiti. House

At the very beginning of the journey, Aether spent the night in the open sky. Then, as a reward for saving Liyue, the adepts gave him a Serenitea Pot. On the outside it is a small teapot, but inside it there are 4 small flying islands connected by translucent bridges. On the largest island there is a large two-story house with a large hall and many rooms. Grows a few plants in the garden for personal use.
