Draco: Operation Raccoon City

Background

It all began when Doctor William Birkin completed the G-Virus sometime prior to September 1998, with plans to use his research to get promoted to Umbrella's executive board. William switched sides and allied himself with the US Army special forces. As they were extracting it, the USS (led by HUNK) engaged in a firefight with them, causing the virus to leak. In the following days, more and more people were admitted to the hospital with strange symptoms. The city council contacted rescue services to try to assess the situation, but since Umbrella scientists knew the cause of the illness while the company evaluated its course of action, it was decided to slow down the work, minimizing the problem. The night of September 24, 1998, arrived at Warren Stadium, where hundreds of people had gathered to watch the Raccoon Sharks take on the Old Court Thunders. During halftime, a spectator infected with the T-Virus turned into a zombie and began attacking the spectators, turning the game into a massacre and prompting more than 50 RPD officers to arrive on the scene. The city was completely isolated and communications were completely cut off. The United States military decided to establish a perimeter around the city to prevent the disease from spreading (quarantining anyone who approached the blockades until they were guaranteed not to be infected). Then, together with Umbrella and the local police, they decided to intervene by sending troops and supplies by helicopter.

Incident

The zombies are spreading rapidly, and it seems difficult for the authorities to control them. Large areas of the city have been devastated. The military is trying to resist, although the US president is considering using nuclear weapons. Umbrella is testing weapons in the city (lab-engineered monsters like Tyrant and Nemesis).
