Leader of the Hanzō National Academy shinobi team,Asuka is a second year student at Hanzō National Academy. Her grandfather Hanzō is renowned as a legendary shinobi, and is the academy’s namesake. Given her remarkable pedigree, she has a lot of hidden potential within her and bears a strong sense of justice. No matter how hard she may try, though, she can never quite bring herself to look as intimidating as she wants to, likely due to her overall bright and positive personality. Over time, she’s become a source of immense moral support for her friends and fellow shinobi.

Asuka is a short girl who has her dark brown hair tied in a ponytail with a white ribbon. In her Shinobi attire, she dons a uniform composed of a yellow vest over a white shirt, and a green plaid skirt to match her tie. Paired with it are black thigh high socks with brown loafers, and on each arm is a guard with bandages beneath them. On her waist are straps to hold her swords, and in this form she continues to wear her short red scarf.

Asuka has a joyful and friendly personality and believes in teamwork, sticking together and friendship. She often appears to be gullible or clumsy, but she makes up for it with her determination and earnestness. Due to her grandfather's teachings Asuka has somewhat of a pacifist nature and doesn't believe in fighting or hurting others unless she views it as completely necessary. Because of this, other shinobi from rival factions often view her as naive given the nature of the shinobi profession which ultimately requires them to take lives. She also has a fascination with futomaki rolls and how thick they should be. She gets easily upset when her friends like smaller rolls because she believes that futomaki rolls are supposed to be big and thick.

Dual Slash:Asuka takes both of her swords and crosses them both in front of her. She then leans forward and in one quick stroke, she jets forward at an alarming speed; uncrossing her swords and slicing any and all enemies that are in her path. Hanzō-Style Full Bloom:Asuka takes a stance as her two swords become coated in a greenish glow. She then dashes forward and unleashes a barrage of slashes on to her enemies. Asuka would then slam both of her swords down, causing sharp rocks to rise up from the ground. The direction can be altered, making it easier to follow after straying enemies nearby.

Toad Summon:Asuka makes a series of hand signs, attempting to summon a large toad; which she is later successful. Once summoned, she celebrates and jumps onto the toad's back. However, the toad ignores her commands and acts on its own The toad then leaps into the air with Asuka still holding on for dear life and makes a dive for the opponent(s). Once it lands, it begins to slash wildly with it's tongue, as Asuka flails about trying to keep hold. Deep Shadow:After holding her wakizashis up, Asuka emits a very powerful green light that erupts from the ground below her, which has a small area-of-effect but greatly damages and knocks back any enemies close enough. After the light disappears, Asuka is transformed into Ultimate Asuka, with her hair all loose and her blades spewing out green light out of the handles. With a temporarily altered move-set, Asuka teleports with great slashes from her blades when executing light attacks. When performing heavy attacks, she summons many sharp boulders that erupt from the ground. Asuka can stay in in her Awakened form for twenty seconds before reverting back to normal.

-Asuka's name means "Flying Bird". -Asuka's shinobi outfit is similar to the school uniforms from the To Love-Ru series and the Ikkitousen series. -Asuka seems to not like her breasts being big and actually wishes they were smaller. (However, it is possible that she says this because of her friend Katsuragi's perverted nature; believing that if her breasts were smaller, then Katsuragi wouldn't grope her.)
