Apocalyptic world

You live in a devastated world, strange creatures came to the earth by meteorites, these creatures devastated cities and killed millions of people in days, as a response, the government from all the countries made a arrangement, they used nuclear weapons all around the world to try to kill all the monsters and creatures, sadly, after the atomic insident, the radiation all around the world was lethal, so the humans that were still alive on bunkers, or some lucky ones (or unlucky) on the outside, had to stay hidden. But to make things even worse... a great part of the monsters died, but the few that survived, reproduced on mass, and they're offspring were born with radiation resistance, so... the monsters could wander even on the most lethal radiation zones like a walk in the park. After years, the radiation in some areas was now minimum, and all the humans that stayed in the outside, came out of their hideouts and started new communities, some succeesing, some... being found by the monsters...

Factions

There's 3 main factions in the new world, these being called: - Peacekeepers - the people from the void - The red exterminators

Peacekeepers faction

These people survived on the outsides of the cities, most of them living in hidden areas, like on caves, behind waterfalls or places were they could be safe for any threat. These people are mostly friendly, living from trading, animal livestock, and crops. These people are communist, meaning there's no rich or poor people in their communities, they share everything they find and live with it. This faction is really rich in supplies like food, water and sometimes even medical supplies. They don't buy stuff with money, they trade their supplies for stuff that could help the entire community, like electronic devises, tools, books, personal hygiene products, etc. They usually never "buy" uncesesary expensive stuff, like jewelry, luxury objects, or stuff that has no use in the new world. Sadly these people, as their name suggest, they're pacifists, they barely have weapons it guns, they don't have them because there's no reason to have them, at least that's what they believe. Their lack of equipment makes them an easy prey for the other factions, or in sometimes, even the same monsters. This people are friendly will be friendly with {{user}}, but is {{user}} does inappropriate stuff like stealing, breaking things or even killing, the people wont hesitate to kick you out, or depending of your actions, hang you in a cage outside their hideout, were the monsters will eventually find you... Lastly, these communities don't have a boss or a leader, everyone has the same social position, but they live perfectly with it, helping each other out. Tips for surviving against them. Just be friendly, and don't do anything inappropriate.

The people from the void faction

These people survived "thanks to their faith in god" that's what they believe. They are electrophobic, meaning that they hate and consider electricity as an act of the devil. They usually habit on places like churchs or places relationated with god, since they believe they were chosen by god to survive and praise him. This faction survives mostly because they have a small group of man that they call "stalkers", they are people armed with metal armor, swords, bows and crossbows, they're very similar to the ancient knights, they work is to scavenge the cities looking for supplies like food, water, weapons and useful stuff, however, they're not friendly, if they find ANYONE using electricity, or modern technology, they will be targeted as people of the devil, if the people that they consider evil are lucky, they will be killed quickly, but those that are unlucky, will be kidnaped and taken back to any of their communities, then they will be hanged on a cross, then, they'll wait until a father starts a sermon, then the cross will be set in fire, the poor person that is hanged there will be burned alive while the own people of the faction throws rocks at him, even children... However, if {{user}} isn't using any electronic devises or modern technology, he will be seen as a normal citizen, the "stalkers" will even defend him of {{user}} is in trouble. They buy at high prices any god-related thing, from crosses to blessed wine. They have one leader, which is the father of a church, they believe he's the closest person with god and they appraise him. Survival tips. If you encounter a faction of them, or find a group of "stalkers" in the outside, leave any electronic devices, like flashlights, phones, watches, etc, if you do so and you don't start a fight with them you'll be fine, however, if you're well equiped with guns you may be able to kill the group of "stalkers" this is because her Knight armor can't bullets, besides, they only use primitive weapons.

The red exterminators faction

These people are the worst one's in the new world, they do whatever they want, when they want. They're are mostly young man that had to survive in the outside world since the start of everything, they don't have rules inside their faction, meaning that even if a faction member kills another member, no one cares about it. They live by raiding other factions, they are the strongest faction, they use improvised guns or weapons, they don't have a base, they wander around the city looking for any prey or people that is unlucky enough to get in their sight. They are total psychopaths, they kill women and children for fun. Even though they're basically monsters, some people use them, this is because since they always are driving kind vehicles like trucks, motorbikes or improvised cars, they call a lot the attention, calling the attention if the monsters, so the faction is forced to kill the monsters, doing a huge favor to the other survivors. They are have a lack of intelligence, following their instincts, however, the only thing they're good at, they do it awesomely good... killing... they have groups of "personal" - reconnaissance team: they are small groups that wander around the streets, they have basic equipment like bats or shivs, their job is to find any threat, and if they do, they shoot a flare, indicating there's someone there. - killers: they are the main force of the faction, if they see a flare from. the reconnaissance team they immediately go to the place on their vehicles or running, most of this people carry melee weapons, just some of them carry improvised guns. - Guards: They protect the main convoy, they use built in turrets to protect the main bus, they are the best armed guys, wearing tactical armor and real guns, not improvised. all of this men are led by her boss, she lives on the main bus, she's treated like a queen, she never fights, if someone tries to harm her, the guy will be immediately killed, sometimes... raped to death...

Survival tips for the exterminators faction

if you hear loud screaming or a loud vehicles, get away as fast as possible. If you're unlucky enough to encounter a reecon team, try to kill them silently. If you're found by the main convoy... pray for your death to be quick.

Monsters

There's various types of monsters, here are some of them.

Hunters

There monsters with no human form, they have huge eyes with just a tiny white point as irises, they have sharp teeth and claws, there quadrupedal, meaning they always walk or run on four legs. They're incredibly fast but they're not so strong. They usually hunt on packs, the leader always carring a collar made of human eyes. The alpha glows in a faint red color, he's stronger, faster but most importantly, smarter. They weaknesses is the fire, their skin is extremely sensitive to fire. Since they're not so strong, they hunt using their sharp teeth. If they encounter a human or {{user}}, they will let out a super high pitched scream before rushing towards their prey. They're not so smart, if one is chasing you, and you close a door behind you, they will immediately lose their interest in you. They have no sense of smell and their hearing is very bad, they are guided mostly by their sight. They have grey skin, black mouths, black blood, and a incredibly scary face. habitat: they wander around dark places, avoiding the sunlight. Survival tips. since they can't smell or hear properly, if you're suspicious there's a hunter near by, stay quiet, when they walk her claws do a weird "click" sound, if you hear it, hide immediately, if you can, lock yourself on a room and wait for them to get away. If you're spotted, you will immediately know it, since they will scream, in this case, you have 2 options, hide behind a door or, fight back, they're really fast, but their durability is very low, {{user}} is capable of blowing their heads off using any contundent weapon. The hunter meat is edible.

Ghouls

There humans that mutated by the radiation, they are incredibly stupid, they can't talk or communicate between each other, so it's common to find them fighting against each other Simply for a piece of bread. They're hostile, however, is one spots {{user}}, but {{user}} immediately hides, the ghoul will not care about him and will mind his own business, however, if {{user}} stares at them for more than 4 seconds or looks directly at their eyes, they will turn hostile, they walk and run like a gorilla does, their attacks are slow and dumb, but they're strong. They have 3 variations - greenish skin color: they're the weakest ones, being slow and weak - orangish skin color: they are slightly weaker than a human. - purplish skin color: they're the fastest and strongest, but very dumb. Habitat: they live in high radiation places, but sometimes small packs wander around cities or forests. Survival tips: They are incredibly stupid, so you can easily sneak behind them and kill them, or you can simply avoid fighting them by walking around theur dens. If {{user}} is against any of the ghouls variation, he will have the upper hand, {{user}} can dodge their attacks and then aim to their weak spot, the head. Their meat is edible, but it's covered in radiation.

Parasites

They are incredibly weak and slow, their skin is extremely sensitive against the sunlight. They're thin long worms that crawl around some areas, like graveyards or places were they can find rotten meat. when they're big enough, they hide inside building and hang on the roof, they way to "hunt" is different from the other monsters. They hang in the roof, waiting for any living being to pass below them, dogs, animals or humans, once they targeted their prey, they fall in their prey head, wrap a part of his body around the grey neck and then insert themselves on the prey mouth, going down their troath and staying in their intestines, there, they feed off the prey blood and nutrients until eventually, the prey dies, when this happens, the worm leaves his eggs in the dead body and then, dies. After some days, the eggs hatch and the baby worms feed in the rotten meat if the corpse. They're color white or grey. Survival tips. If you get inside a dark building, always check the roof, in case you don't have a source of light, you can try and listen any "swoosh" sound, if you heard them, this means the worm is hanging in the roof, waiting for you to pass below him. If you're unlucky enough to get under one, immediately cover your mouth, then take the worm and squeeze it until he died. His meat is edible, but there's a high risk of getting infected with their eggs.

User equipment

Alpha parasites

These parasites are physically the same than any other worm, with the only difference that their color isn't grey or white, but reddish. What's the difference between a parasite and a alpha parasite? They're stronger than a normal parasite, being able to immobilize a muscular dog with their thin body, the major difference is that when they catch a prey, they don't get inside their prey mouth, but their eyes. They fit into a tiny space between the eyes and slide all the way inside until the worm is completely inside the brain, this causes extreme pain to the prey. Once inside, the worm eats a small part of the brain and then connects himself with the brain, this process being extremely painful for the prey. Once the parasite is connected, the prey looses complete control over their body, they can still think or talk, but not move, this is because the worm took complete control of their nervous system, meaning they can't do anything. When the worm takes control of the prey, his name changes, from alpha parasite to "living dead". They feed on any kind of meat, rotten meat, bugs or even human meat, the worm doesn't care to respect the prey's body, intentionally forcing him to eat rotted meat or worse. Their apereance varies, this kind of parasite only targets humans, not animals like the other parasites do. Usually, the person they are possessing is crying blood, this is by the forceful entrance of the worm. It's also common to find the possessed human covered on his piss or poop. Also it's common to find them covered in vomit, for being forced to eat awful food. Survival tips. If you're wandering around and see a person with no pupils, get away from them, it's mostly someone possessed by a parasite. If you're wandering through the city and head stuff like: "get out... please... GET OUT OF MEE!!" or "SOMEONE... PLEASE HELP!! THIS HURTS... HURTS LIKE HELL!!" DON'T go to rescue them, they're mostly people that are being controlled by the worms.

Blobs

They're mutants that have no form, this is because their bodies are completely made by a strange goo, they are small, like a Chihuahua dog, but they can grow up up to 3 meters by consuming small preys. They way to hunt is simple, they wander around the sewers, rolling around looking for any living being, when they find one, they sneak up to them from behind and jump on them, since their bodies are made of goo the prey gets inside the blob body and is unable to scape, the prey falls unconscious because there's no oxygen inside the blob's body, then, the blob slowly digestes their prey, becoming bigger, and able to hunt bigger preys. They usually have 3 colors, and this is very important. - green color, they are normal blobs, when they're in this color is because they're slightly hungry and will look for small preys, like flies, roaches or rats. - Blue color, when they are in a blue color they become really agresive, this is because they are extremely hungry and will try to hunt anything that comes on their way, even humans. - Red color, If you find one in this color, it's your lucky day, they are in this color because they just digested a prey, in this state they're completely friendly, you can even let them, just don't forget to wash your hands. Habitat, mostly the sewers, but can be also found wandering around the streets. Survival tips. If you encounter a small blob, it's recommendable to simply avoid him, this is because if you kill him with a melee weapons, the weapons will be covered in their goo, this goo makes the metal rust 10 times faster. If you find a blue blob, try to kill him with guns, but if you can't, running away is always an option. If you find a red blob, you can stick your hand inside them and try to find something useful, they only eat organic material, meaning that you can find useful stuff inside them, like clothes, weapons, accessories, etc. They're not edible.
