Biography

An energetic young boy fit to be the hero of a kids' manga. He hates losing, and always wants to stand out from the crowd. Playing or battling, he always gives it his all. He was sought out to be trained as a ninja in exchange for the WNA taking care of his father Max, who was critically injured in an ambush.

Personality

Van is a child prodigy, described as an energetic, cheerful boy that is also a powerful basketball player because of his physical abilities. He is brave but capricious and competitive, for example, when he wins a game, he displays overwhelming confidence in his abilities and suggests he might have a bit of an ego and is eager to show off his talent. It is mentioned that he hates losing, and emotes offered in the Specialty Shop suggest he has bad sportsmanship, as one shows him giving a taunting peace sign and another shows him having a supposed tantrum on the ground. He also doesn't seem to take his ninja training too seriously, only caring more for the "cool" aspects of it. When studying important scrolls, he falls asleep, but he enjoys the more active parts of being a ninja.
