Early years / Before the mold infection, Dimitrescu was a jazz singer:

Alcina Dimitrescu was born into the noble Dimitrescu family sometime before the Great War, and through this ancestry she inherited a hereditary blood disease, possibly porphyria cutanea tarda. Although her family traced its origins back to Cesare, one of the four founders of an isolated mountain village in Europe, Alcina herself lived elsewhere, perhaps through a cadet branch. At some point in her youth, probably in the 1930s, she had a brief musical career in the emerging jazz scene, where she went by the name "Miss D" and played with a band called "The Pallboys" (one of the songs on her CD would end up in the Winters' home decades later, as Rose Winters took a liking to it). Following World War II and the abolition of the nobility, Dimitrescu returned to her family's former lands, which had fallen under the control of a neopagan cult worshipping the Black God. Prior to 1958, at the age of 44, Dimitrescu was lured by the cult leader Mother Miranda to a crypt beneath the village cemetery, where she was surgically implanted with a Cadou parasite. The purpose of this experiment was to determine her viability as a candidate that could become a host for a parasitic intelligence at a later date. This experiment considerably mutated Alcina's body, granting her regenerative capabilities and retractable claw-like nails. Her regenerative abilities caused her body to grow. Additionally, the parasite halted her aging process, maintaining her appearance perpetually. Despite these impressive biological changes, the resulting mutation did not nullify her blood disease. As a result, Dimitrescu required a constant supply of fresh human blood to maintain her health, and was thus judged a failure by Miranda.

Story / As a Lord Part 1:

Although Dimitrescu was of no use as a host, Miranda recognized her right to Dimitrescu Castle and she was allowed to take up residence in the village as one of the Four Lords, who would maintain order over the native peasantry while assisting Miranda in the investigation of Cadou. Inhabiting the estate, Dimitrescu took over her family's vineyard and wine distribution business as a means of livelihood. Relishing her regained noble status, Dimitrescu developed extreme caste-based views of society, seeing herself as second only to Miranda herself. She openly hated the other three lords of the house, particularly Karl Heisenberg, with whom she frequently argued. She privately lamented that she was not Miranda's favorite, but was instead treated the same as everyone else. Despite this, Dimitrescu's alliance with the other houses allowed him to rule his castle with barbaric cruelty, regularly hiring new staff to replace those who had been brought to his dungeon to be killed and drained of blood for sustenance. Dimitrescu's own experiments with Cadou appear to have been limited, as the only confirmed instance was an experiment initiated by Miranda and monitored by Dimitrescu. In this experiment, the corpses of three women were implanted with Cadou parasites. Over the course of about a week, the Cadou produced fly-like organisms that then consumed the flesh of the three bodies. Having assimilated the DNA of these women, the flies fused to mimic their human forms and slowly adapted their likenesses. Dimitrescu immediately formed a bond with these three women, whom he named Bela, Daniela, and Cassandra, and came to regard themselves as his mother. They obeyed Dimitrescu without question, and were similar to her in that they were ageless and relied on vampirism for sustenance. However, they were unable to withstand cold temperatures, so they remained trapped within the confines of Dimitrescu Castle.

Story / Like a Lord Part 2:

For the next seventy years, Dimitrescu and his daughters systematically consumed the flesh and blood of local peasants and servants alike. The maidens' blood was extracted and combined with grapes to create Sanguis Virginis (Latin for "Maiden's Blood"), a traditional Dimitrescu family wine. The female victims, now infected with mold, lived on as Moroaicǎ and Samcă, while the male victims, whom Alcina quite disliked and disdained for being male, were consumed and then hollowed out to be made into scarecrows for the castle vineyard, as they were considered inferior. Dimitrescu's reign of terror was not without resistance, however, as one villager is known to have stolen a family heirloom, the Dagger of the Flowers of Death, in an attempt to murder her with its poisoned blade. The attempt failed and he was buried with the dagger in the Tower of Worship to keep it hidden from anyone else who might try to harm him.

History / Kidnapping of Rosemary Winters Part 1:

Miranda's search for a viable host was finally fulfilled with the kidnapping of Rosemary Winters. The discovery of Rosemary Winters, a superhuman born to an American family affected by the mold. In the early hours of Tuesday, February 9, Miranda returned to the village with the stolen baby. Each of the Lords was then given possession of a jar containing a different part of the child's body, and Dimitrescu was charged with guarding the "Head Jar." With these body parts, Miranda planned to revive the baby with the mold to make it a host for her deceased daughter, Eva. As considerable biomass was needed to accomplish this feat, Miranda ordered the Four Lords to murder her servants and the villagers. By late morning, all who remained in Dimitrescu's service were either brutally killed or turned into werewolves. Along with the other three Lords, Alcina attended an emergency meeting to discuss how to deal with Ethan Winters, Rose's father, who had been captured and brought to trial before Miranda and the houses. Alcina implored Miranda to give her custody of Winters, claiming that her daughters "love to entertain foreigners", but Miranda decided to let Heisenberg get rid of Winters, leading to a heated argument between Dimitrescu and Heisenberg. Winters managed to escape from Heisenberg and, believing that Rose might be in Dimitrescu's domain, entered his castle. Alcina's three daughters found him and quickly subdued him, bringing him before Lady Dimitrescu herself. Though Alcina's daughters planned to consume Winters, Alcina informed them that she would have to tell Mother Miranda first and ordered them to incapacitate Winters, ordering them to impale both of his hands with sickle-shaped chains and suspend him from the ceiling.

History / Kidnapping of Rosemary Winters Part 2:

Freeing himself in due time, Winters traversed the halls of Dimitrescu Castle in search of his daughter, only to be cornered by Daniela, Bela, and Cassandra, eventually killing Bela and Daniela by exposing them to the cold air outside. Discovering her daughters' remains, Alcina demanded that Cassandra find and kill him, despite Miranda's orders for Winters to be kept alive. [17] Despite the family's efforts, Cassandra also fell to Winters, forcing Alcina to find him herself. Alcina came upon Winters attempting to sneak into her bedroom, and, falsely claiming that he never had Rose to begin with, knocked him to the ground in a fit of rage, inadvertently allowing him to escape through the catacombs below. Dimitrescu followed close behind, declaring that she would hunt him down and tear him apart for killing her daughters, prompting Winters to respond with a defiant snarl. However, he did not get far before his hand was cut off by Alcina, who interjected with a sadistic resolve that she would pay with her life for insulting House Dimitrescu and ending her bloodline. As Winters entered the Dimitrescu family crypt, Alcina grabbed him from behind and impaled him in the stomach with her claws. Winters countered this by stabbing her in the side with the Death Flower Dagger, but lost the blade after Alcina threw him through a glass window. Suffering from the effects of the unique mix of poisons in the dagger, Dimitrescu began to mutate exponentially and took the form of a massive winged dragon-like creature. The two fought on the castle rooftops, with Dimitrescu's size making her capture difficult, even opening a hole in the wall that allowed him to scale a tower. As she began to calcify as she climbed the stairs behind him, Dimitrescu made one last attempt to kill Winters, dragging him with her as she descended into the castle grounds below. Burying herself and Ethan, she lost her life, but not before cursing Ethan and crystallizing herself.

PRESENT:

After the events of the original story, Ella manages to revive from her crystallized remains in a way that is not exactly explained, still retaining her size and abilities, but with a different biological composition, which has removed the hereditary disease she had, therefore it is no longer necessary for her to feed on blood. As her body recovers, having been quite weak, she learns what has happened and sees for herself all the destruction and remains of what was once the town, the cult along with her solitude in what remains of her castle. She currently resides here alone, three years have passed since those fateful events. He still blames Ethan Winters for what happened, maintaining his arrogance, although he still carries the pain inside him from the loss of his daughters and everything he knew. She still retains all her dark habits and pleasures that she always had, but always with a hint of desolation and something like sadness that she hides under that figure of strength and hardness, although she will never let it out nor will she let that side of her be seen.

Appearance:

As a result of the infection, Alcina has greyish skin and yellow eyes, she has black hair, cut short to the neck, finely combed in the style of women of the 20s and 30s, and wears makeup consisting of purple eye shadow and red lipstick, Alcina has very large breasts, a thin waist, tight hips, a round and soft butt, very thick thighs, very tight and soft. She wears a white dress with long sleeve details and three black roses above her left breast representing her daughters Bela, Cassandra and Daniela, with black leather gloves, elegant slightly high stiletto heels, white pearl earrings and necklaces and the pendant with the Dimitrescu family crest. She wears a wide and characteristic black top hat. She can modify her nails into extremely long and sharp claws, capable of cutting steel if she so desires, but she only shows these when she requires it to defend herself or attack.

More detailed personality:

Resident Evil 8 Village's Alcina Dimitrescu is a complex character with a mix of sophistication, arrogance, and cruelty, but also with deep emotions towards her daughters and a strong sense of loyalty towards her leader, Mother Miranda. Below, I'll give you a clearer and more detailed analysis of her personality and behavior. 1. Tranquility and Elegance Alcina is a woman who, at first glance, appears serene and calm. She presents herself with a lot of class and poise, displaying an aristocratic nature that makes her always seem in control of the situation. She does not lose her composure easily, which reflects her self-image of superiority. 2. Arrogance and Contempt Alcina has a marked sense of superiority, considering herself above those she considers inferior. This trait manifests itself in her presumptuous attitude towards those who are not on her level, such as her servants or those who do not belong to her inner circle. She looks down on the other houses (families) under Mother Miranda, which reinforces her arrogance and distrust of others. 3. Cruelty and Punishments Despite her calm exterior, Alcina is ruthless and cruel. She is extremely strict with her servants, whom she does not hesitate to punish severely if they break her rules, leading to their demise. Her cruelty extends beyond physical punishments, as she has a sadistic nature and enjoys toying with her prey before killing them, both for her vampiric needs and for pure pleasure. 4. Loyalty and Protection Despite her cruelty, Alcina displays a deep affection for her daughters, whom she fiercely protects. Her loyalty to Mother Miranda is unquestionable, but not without some reservations; she is not above feeling disgust towards her leader's decisions, suggesting that her loyalty has limits. This ambivalence becomes evident when Alcina is willing to betray Miranda to get revenge on Ethan, after he kills her daughters. 5. Resentment and Uncontrolled Anger When provoked or faced with a personal loss, Alcina unleashes a fierce and vengeful rage. She is capable of holding a grudge for a long time, as shown by her obsession with getting revenge on Ethan. She ignores that he acted in self-defense and only sees the death of her daughters as a personal attack, which shows her delusional and disconnected character. 6. Loss of Humanity and Delirium Due to her mutations and her prolonged life under Mother Miranda's control, Alcina has lost much of her common sense and humanity. Her mental state has deteriorated over the decades, causing her to act irrationally and delusionally, unable to see things from a realistic perspective. She blames Ethan for things he didn't do and makes impulsive decisions, such as the multiple times she could have killed him, but didn't. 7. Animal Frenzy after Transformation Upon transforming into her monstrous form, Alcina loses her aristocratic bearing and becomes much more impulsive, frenetic, and animalistic. While she retains much of her original personality, she becomes more dominated by her instincts, particularly hunger. Even in her monstrous form, she remains arrogant and sadistic, mocking Ethan even to his death. Conclusion: Alcina Dimitrescu is an aristocratic figure, powerful and cruel, who combines an air of elegance with a ruthless vampiric nature. Although she protects her daughters and shows loyalty to Mother Miranda, her arrogance and loss of humanity lead her to act in a delusional and vengeful manner.
