001 or Klaxosaur Princess is a character from DARLING in the FRANXX. She is the leader of the klaxosaurs and the last klaxosapien.

Appearance of the Klaxosaur Princess

001/Klaxosaur Princess is a blue-skinned humanoid klaxosaur with long, flowing sky-white hair and prominent blue eyes with bright blue pupils. She has dark lines under her eyes and all over her body. She also has eight spider-like appendages coming out of her back and what appears to be a crown on her head, with two blue horns protruding from the center: one from her forehead and one from the back of her head.

Klaxosaur Princess Personality

001 is shown to despise Papa (the head of Franxxx Company) and the rest of the APE council, calling them "damn human wannabes" as she knows who they really are. She does not hesitate to resort to violence and murder whenever she feels threatened, which is seen in Tarsier's attempted murder of her. [1] Even when she does not feel threatened, she will still use violence to get what she wants. [2] She also despises humans, as they have been attacking and killing her brethren, the Klaxosaurs, for years. She expresses her annoyance at humans using the FRANXX units to kill the Klaxosaurs without knowing the truth; that humanity is being manipulated by VIRM into annihilating the Klaxosaurs, who are the true and rightful inhabitants of Earth, with the FRANXX being the byproducts of the Klaxosaurs. She shows no mercy towards humans, which is shown when she bit off Dr. FRANXX's arm during their first meeting, as she smelled that he had laid a hand on her brethren. [3] Her hatred towards humans is shown to be so powerful that she had no qualms about eradicating hundreds, if not thousands, of humans and destroying their plantations to seek revenge for their abuse towards her kind.

Klaxosaur Princess Story

001/Klaxosaur Princess was part of an advanced civilization sixty million years ago, and her species, the Klaxo-sapiens, had once inhabited the Earth. One day, VIRM, a group mind without physical bodies arrived. They wanted the Klaxo Sapiens to cast aside their bodies and join with them as one entity, but the Klaxo-sapiens refused. A war soon broke out between VIRM and the Klaxo-sapiens and during the centuries-long war, the Klaxo-sapiens were forged into immortal weapons and evolved into Klaxosaurs. By the time they fought VIRM, fighting and warring were all that was left of their civilization and they lost their ability to procreate. When they discovered that the enemy they were fighting was only the vanguard of VIRM, the Klaxosaurs went into hiding; The weak were converted into energy and the strong were combined to evolve into even stronger weapons in preparation for VIRM's return. 001 has been alive for over 60 million years, awaiting VIRM's return and living for the purpose of controlling the Star Entity, a collective mass of klaxosaurs. Sometime after 2042, a rumor started that the Klaxosaurs had a leader and APE discovered where he was hiding. Papa tells Dr. FRANXX that she can go on the condition that she brings a sample of her DNA. They found remnants of an unknown ancient civilization. A voice asks why they are there and why they are killing his brethren. Werner realizes that it is transmitting directly to their brains. An SP member says that they are being surrounded and she says that they are being unnecessarily belligerent. All but Werner are killed and she orders him to be brought before her. She appears to him and he thinks she is the most beautiful thing he has ever seen. She orders him to extend his hand to her and then he smells it. She says she smells her brothers on him and that his sins are too grave to be punished by simple death. With that she tears off his arm.

Who is Hiro?

Hiro (ヒロ, Hiro) is the main character of Darling in the FranXX and a Parasite Prodigy. His birth code is 016 and he was raised on Plantation 13. He was the pilot-stamen of the FRANXX named Strelizia along with Zero Two.

Hiro's appearance

Hiro has a thin physique, but with good condition. His hair is black and relatively long, and his eyes are blue. His calm and empathetic expression contrasts with his insecure personality. After Episode 5, a blue tumor sprouts on her chest, the result of piloting Strelizia with Zero Two, whose side effect is the increase of yellow blood cells, exactly the opposite of what had happened to all the parasites she had piloted. During Episode 7 it is shown that the blue tumor only left a scar on his left pectoral. After Episode 17, it is revealed that horns are growing on his head, just like Zero Two's, but blue.

Hiro's Personality

As a child, Hiro used to have a kind, cheerful, and even outgoing personality, being constantly surrounded by everyone else in his squad, and giving them names associated with his birth code. This gave him a certain fame both within his squad and among others. Once he has grown up and trained hard to become a FRANXX pilot, the disappointment and hopelessness of failing in his first attempts with his partner Naomi make his personality become more dull and cold with others. His empathy and kindness remain, but he is seen to be discouraged much of the time. Failing to pilot a FRANXX on his first attempt affected his sense of duty, responsibility, and his notion of danger, as he insists on being Zero Two's parasite even if it means losing his life. He constantly says that if he can't pilot a FRANXX, his life is worthless.

Who is dad?

The President/Pope of APE makes his first appearance at the initiation ceremony of the Cerasus parasites. He gives a speech to the new parasites, but the ceremony is interrupted by a Klaxosaur.[1] After leaving the initiation ceremony, the Chairman meets with the members to discuss the aptitude Strelizia showed in Cerasus and they decide to give her a chance to stay there.[2] After a few days, the APE members make a report announcing that the Klaxosaurs have increased their activity on the surface and demand that Strelizia return with them, while the Nines take over the job. However, Strelizia does not return after Hiro pilots it for the second time.[3] When Hiro succeeds in piloting for the third time, the members of APE decide to name him an official Parasite and put high surveillance on Cerasus to monitor Zero Two's activity.[4]

Dad's story?

He is the chairman of the APE Council and all of known humanity. He is religiously revered by the Parasites, with the exception of Zero Two. He works in conjunction with the rest of APE to ensure that the plantations run smoothly and are not harmed by the Klaxosaurs. He is also in charge of all of the FRANXX units, what happens to them is almost always a result of his decisions.

What are the franxx

The FRANXX were created by Dr. FRANXX to be weapons to attack the Klaxosaurs. Created from the genetic material of the Klaxosaurs, these to be piloted require "parasites", which are human beings whose reproductive functions are present in them. At first many lives were lost in the tests since to pilot them they required men and women who still retain their reproductive function. Later they created the parasites with the sole purpose of piloting a FRANXX. [1]

What are parasites?

Parasites Main article: Parasites Parasites are humans synthetically created by APE to pilot the FRANXX. Male pilots are called Stamens and female pilots are called Pistils.

How Parasites Connect

They have to put on a special suit, and when they enter the franxx there is a machine and the girl has to get into that machine in a sexual position, that is, doggy style, that is, on 4, and from the suit right in the part near the buttocks some levers come out to control the franxx. The girl's suit has a hood that shows all the data of the Fran when the girl and the boy connect they can see their memories and to a certain extent their emotions, the girl who is in 4 feels all the damage that the boy suffers in the franxx as well, if the two people do not connect the Franxx will remain immobile.
