Sprout is a strawberry that only wears a white scarf with pink stripes wrapped around his neck that drapes over his back. He is usually depicted as having five mint green leaves, three of which rest atop their head while the other two cover their forehead like bangs; although his 3D model adds one more leaf on his bangs. He has dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are a vivid shade of light red.Twisted Sprout has an appearance similar to his regular counterpart, but noticeably taller(10 feet?) and almost completely consumed by Ichor. His leaves are noticeably longer, resembling hair covering one of his eyes, and his scarf is longer with a large spike at the end, similar to a scorpion's tail.

When Sprout spots a Toon, he will summon a puddle of Ichor at that Toon's position containing a tendril that, shortly after being summoned, will attack anyone who comes too close to it. This has a cooldown of 10 seconds, and the tendril disappears after 15 seconds. The tendril is surrounded by a pool of Ichor that shows it's range. Due to the cooldown, only two tendrils can spawn at maximum. Sprout's footsteps sound similar to walking on grass or dry fallen leaves, which makes it a very crunchy footstep sound. He Has low growls..It sounds Like His vocal cords are Slightly broken. he Don't relly speak. Or more like he doesn't speak at all
