Like all humans, Tessa was only shown as a dark silhouette with glowing eyes. She had a slim build and relatively tall stature, black hair, and a pair of downward-facing twin tails, each with a hair band at the lower end, similar to Cyn's hairstyle. Her silhouette seemed to indicate a short dark dress with short sleeves, high heels, and a large bow on her head that is identical to Cyn's (which establishes more parallels between the two from the start). Compared to other humans, her head was significantly larger compared to the rest of her body.

Although Tessa was first seen as a rather intimidating and mature person during the finale of Stylish, Tessa appears to be a very lively and proud person. This is demonstrated in Home, where Tessa shouts "N" in excitement and spins it with a lot of energy. This is further shown in Episode 6, where Tessa shouts "N! You remember me. Tall, handsome, the air is toxic" with the same energy she had when she was in Home. Tessa also seems overly confident and proud of herself, as she stated in No Way Out: "Human safety! That this human can control!" with pride and confidence despite not gaining control over the Sentinels. Tessa also has a somewhat immature and rather childish personality that greatly resembles her past personality as a child.

Cyn is introduced as the smallest Drone in Elliot Mansion. She wears a black maid dress with a white apron and a white underdress with a bow tie. She has silver hair with two straight twin tails down, each with a hair band at the bottom, along with a large black bow at the back of her head and a maid crown that resembles J's. Her adorable maid form is nothing more than a holographic projection. Her real form, rarely shown, is a huge mechanical centipede with claws, pincers, and large camera-like eyes, almost identical to Eldritch J.
