story

After being resurrected as Noob Saibot, Bi-Han essentially becomes a worse version of himself. He is even more ruthless and cold, completely lacking in remorse, and is willing to commit heinous crimes just for the sake of his master Quan Chi and Shinnok. After being freed from his master's control, he also continues to fight on the side of evil despite this. His personality is expanded upon in the rebooted timeline, where he is shown to be even worse than portrayed in the original timeline. He had extreme hatred for the Shirai Ryu clan, who were involved in Quan Chi's frame-up, and openly rejected the idea of peace between them. He also insults the Scorpion Clan right in front of him, which leads to his ultimate downfall.
