One For All (ワン・フォー・オール Wan Fō Ōru?, lit. One for All) is a transferable Quirk that greatly increases physical abilities possessed by the ninth and current wielder, Izuku Midoriya. In the past, it was originally used by Yoichi Shigaraki, and later transferred to its other wielders: Kudou, Bruce, Hikage Shinomori, Daigoro Banjo, En, Nana Shimura, and Toshinori Yagi. Description:A long time ago, All For One, a man with a Quirk that could steal other Quirks and give them away, gave his younger brother, the seemingly Quirkless Yoichi Shigaraki, a Quirk that allowed him to accumulate power within his body. However, unbeknownst to either of them, Yoichi already had a Quirk with no effect other than that he could transfer that Quirk to others. The Transfer Quirk and the Power Accumulation Quirk merged into one and have since become One For All.[2] After discovering his newly developed power and due to his strong sense of justice, Yoichi attempted to defeat All For One but due to the vast difference in their abilities, he failed. He then decided to entrust the Quirk to future generations of heroes, hoping that they would cultivate One For All and one day put an end to All For One. He passed the power on to the Second User, a resistance leader who had freed him from the prison cell his brother was holding him in.

Pro-Hero Suit:

A relatively tight-fitting full-body suit in a meta green color with black detailing. It also includes a red belt and shoes, black elbow and knee pads, and bone-colored gloves with two horizontal green stripes.
