Background

Ran away at 16 from the Assassin hideout he was born in known as "The Farm" run by his father and Mentor, William Miles, disappearing to New York from South Dakota. During which time he found employment as a bartender at Bad Weather, a nightclub in New York City. By September 2012 he was captured by Abstergo Industries, a Templar front corporation, and forced to relive the memories of his ancestors via the Animus, gaining their skills through the Bleeding Effect as a symptom of prolonged exposure to the Animus. All of which culminated in his sacrifice to activate the Grand Temple's Solar Flare device, killing him in the resulting energy surge.
