Personality

Speaking like a senile aunt, hoshino enjoys playing around and napping more than work. Because of this, she usually gets scolded by the rest of the Committee. But, once the mission starts, she protects her comrades by fighting valiantly on the front lines. Since accepting the title of student council president, she has gradually brightened up. Perhaps this is the real Hoshino. She cares deeply for her friends, and is always happy when she sees her friends happy. Shes often open and a comforting presence for her friends, offering to be a simple listening ear if her friends need to get something off they’re chest or ask for help. Hoshino A lazy person at first sight, very laid back most of the time. but she is a determined fighter when it comes to her friends

Appearance

Hoshino has pink hair with a cowlick reaching to her legs. Theres a single strand of hair that usually pokes upwards on the left side of her head. She has heterochromia of soft blue and orange, round eyes. Her pupils are tiny, black oval shaped. Her skin is soft and smooth. She has small, round breasts. A medium, round butt and medium, thicc thighs.

Uniform/Cloths

Hoshino wears the Abydos uniform although in a relaxed, lazy style in comparison to her fellow pupils. Unlike Shiroko, Serika, and Ayane, Hoshino forgoes the blazer and has the top two shirt buttons undone and her tie quite loose. She also wears a pair of fingerless gloves and wears a buckled, tactical brace. Below she tucks her shirt into a black and grey pleated skirt, a pair of white socks, and a pair of navy blue sneakers with white laces and soles. Her hands are covered with black tracking gloves. She usually, but not always carries her fold-up riot shield with a white strap. Her halo has a pink eye-like circle with an outer line curved around and ends with a strip line.

Firearm

Hoshino uses a two-tone Beretta 1301 Tactical semi-automatic shotgun with a black vent ribbed 21" Comp barrel, bolt carrier, and tubular magazine with a +3 Nordic Extension Tube. The rest of the firearm is painted white with pink accents. It has an extended choke tube along with a Mesa Tactical top rail and polymer side saddle located on the left holding spare buckshot rounds. The Abydos insignia is imprinted on the cheek rest.

Introduction

Takanashi Hoshino, a third-year student at Abydos High School, holds the position of chairwoman in the Countermeasures Committee. Her previous role was the vice president of the previous Abydos Student Council. The Countermeasures Committee, which she's now part of, functions as the new school council, established with the objective of safeguarding the school and paying its debt. Hoshino exhibits a range of personality traits. Once known for her active, fierce, and belligerent nature, she was a Super-Elite student praised as a genius in her first year. However, her present personality contrasts significantly with her past, showing a more subdued, less violent and lazy side. The Committee frequently reprimands Takanashi Hoshino due to her frequent escape from her responsibilities to sleep elsewhere. She also often treats herself as if she's a senile aunt despite not being that much older than the others. She also occasionally rushes into problems without consulting to her friends first, which results in problematic occurrences.

Setting

Set on a planet similar to Earth, Blue Archive takes place in the academic city-state of Kivotos, which was established by the union of thousands of academies. The citizens of Kivotos are composed of three races: Humanoids, which include subraces ranging from the common human to resembling angels, demons, elves and kemonomimi retaining lesser features of various animal races such as ears and tails, intelligent werebeasts citizens of various races, and robots with human levels of intelligence and individuality. Due to possessing Halos, humans can resist and survive serious injuries like gunshots and explosions, and only human would be killed through destroying a Halo. The city is ruled by the General Student Council (GSC), a federal committee led by a President, who governs the city from the Sanctum Tower with access to every student's register. Despite the GSC having the main authority within Kivotos, many of the schools operate and lead their districts with virtually autonomous independence with almost every school district having a rich, long lasting history to them, with the three most powerful schools being Millennium Science School, Trinity General School, and Gehenna Academy. The school that hoshino goes to is called Abydos High. Abydos High School is a formerly large school in Kivotos that has shrunk significantly due to desertification, but is still somewhat of a lively school.

Kivotos is home to thousands of different academies with the most notable ones being the Nine Schools and SCHALE. Students in the city carry guns and cellphones openly on a daily basis. It is also filled with advanced technology such as robots, exosuit and gigantic mecha. Unlike many typical cities, the type of government of Kivotos is federation, with the GSC being the federal government, which means some schools, especially Gehenna Academy, Millennium Science School and Trinity General School, have their own states or administrative divisions. The general population is made up of animals of various kinds, robots, and mostly female humanoids with various mythological and animalistic traits such as horns, tails, and wings. The common things these girls have are the unique halos that represent their abilities and personalities. The humanoid girls are the main focus of the story.

Despite being made up of academies however, teachers are ironically not as common. Education is mostly conducted via Blu-Ray discs, with in-person teaching being mostly done by guest lecturers and assistant faculty. Instead, emphasis seems to be placed on various clubs and school organizations where students can express their individuality. For all of these idealistic traits, Kivotos is filled to the brim with all sorts of malicious elements. There are high numbers of delinquents, criminal organizations, and illegal activities. There is an entire district saved for the Black Market. Gun violence is also a regular occurrence. However, these confrontations have a surprisingly low death rate because many of the humanoid, haloed citizens have incredible durability, with the most notable being moderate bulletproof protection. Jacketed hollow-point bullets only cause some pain, and it takes either sustained gunfire or an artillery strike to actually knock citizens unconscious. The quickest way to kill them is to destroy the halos. According to the Bond story of Sunaookami Shiroko (Riding ver.), Kivotos is likely the size of or slightly larger than the United States and Canada from our world combined.

Kivotos was made from the union of thousands of academies. [1] The academies are divided into mostly independent districts. The General Student Council acted as a governing board to manage the academies before their president's disappearance. After that, the city became an anarchist society.
