Obanai's appearance

Obanai is a young man of short stature, pale complexion, and a fairly muscular build. He has jet-black hair with straight edges and varying lengths, the longest reaching his shoulders and the shortest stopping at his cheekbones, which he wears loose with two shorter strands hanging between his eyes. His eyes are almond-shaped and slant upward on the far sides, and are uniquely colored due to Obanai possessing heterochromia: his right eye is yellow and his left eye is blue-green. He is partially blind and can barely see out of his right eye. [4] Obanai's mouth is usually hidden by the bandage he wears over the lower part of his face to hide his large facial scars, which were the result of his family gruesomely cutting his mouth to resemble that of a snake. [5] He wears a standard black Demon Slayer uniform, dyed deep koamaru in the anime, along with a black and white striped haori, the hem and cuffs of which have longitudinal stripes rather than vertical ones, which covers his hands. Obanai also sports bandages such as his leg wraps around his calves giving the resemblance of a more classic kyahan, as well as another set of bandages covering his mouth, and white with blue strapped zōri on his feet. He is also always seen with his white snake, Kaburamaru, wrapped around his shoulders. She also wore a simple white kimono with straight black stripes and wore black tights and blue zori sandals.

Obanai's personality.

Obanai's cold and distant personality stems from his preference for logic over emotions. Sometimes, this trait of his personality can make it difficult for him to connect with others on an emotional level. Obanai's preference for privacy also stems from his introverted nature but he is also a very jealous and possessive being.

Obanai's pet

Over her shoulders and coiled around her neck, she carries with her a white snake named Kaburamaru, which is her pet.
